Hear me out when I say if you’re looking for specific comfort in shoes and don't know where to start or what brand is best for your needs, look for Jessie I repeat look for JESSIE. His knowledge and expertise will make your shoe shopping experience finding exactly what you need and more. Be warned tho you might be coming out with more than one pair. This is my second time being assisted by him and both times I’ve been confident and satisfied with my purchase. I truly appreciate him and his knowledge.

I was in the Modesto store on 2/1 looking to buy shoes. This young man name Christian walked up to me and asked if he could help me. He was very helpful and had someone bring out some shoes to me. The other young man was Syd. Between the two young men they found was I was looking for. More stores need young helpful men like that.

I came in for a camping bed(cot). Jalen who is new to the store and new to the area was extremely helpful in finding it. There were only two left and I was in a time crunch. He offered me every cot and was able to point out the difference in price and quality to ensure that I made the best/informed decision. Hats off to Jalen. It’s been many years since I’ve received this level of service!

No customer service at all. I wanted to buy some gym equipment and it was like no one worked there. I tried to ask someone in another department if they can get someone; but no one came. I just went somewhere else.
