I have specific $3 stores I prefer to go to for specific products. Each one is just a little different from the other. They all at least one department they excell in.

I bought Valentine's presents and balloons for my beautiful granddaughter and I didn't have to spend a huge amount of money. The ladies were nice but the lines were as long as the aisles.
