Dr singh said his entire staff treated my dog Charley and me with the utmost respect and professionalism. Dr Singh kept me informed of every step before proceeding. The cost was more affordable than I expected. My dog is doing great and I am grateful to Dr Singh for his extraordinary care. I highly recommend Sisk Veterinary Hospital.

This is by far the best veterinary hospital I have ever taken any of my animals to. The staff is beyond helpful and caring and treated my dog with compassion when I handed her to them they held her close she was not just taken and carried away. They also took the time to console me when I was upset and this kind of staff is far and few between. The veterinarIan took the time to talk to me and explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions without rush, and the prices are more than competitive. I am so grateful for all they have done for my girl and thankful to have them to take care of my all of my fur babies in the future, I couldn't imagine going anywhere else!

We have Dr. Singh as our veterinarian so far he's been pretty good with our dogs. Our dog is diabetic and blind. The main reason I'm leaving this review is because we have called multiple times as in about 8 times if not more multiple times a week with no call back and voicemails left. Then today we finally get through advised the staff of that and how I need to speak to the Dr and he just passed the phone to another girl and had me repeat myself. The staff there is TERRIBLE as in lazy when I advised the Dr how many times we called all he had to say was the girls are very busy. That is the most poor excuse I've ever heard the fact that we've left messages by different members in our family to have no consideration from the staff or the Dr is terrible. I've spend thousands of dollars at this place and still am not satisfied. Just done.

SALIDA SISK VETERINARY HOSPITAL I give Zero Stars. THEY ARE AWFUL!!! WORST practice EVER, don't bring your pets here unless you want to have the worst customer service EVER. They up the price without telling you, they add things to the Well visits without asking. They DO NOT give you paperwork for your Visit You have to call and call. When days later finally received summaries, after multiply calls and them telling me to drive back to Salida to pick them up, after telling me they would email me because obviously they couldn't be bothered to print out summaries the same day I came in. The summaries had multiple questions that I never answered that they just put whatever they wanted. At one point there was 5 people in the room it was like a circus. They all looked confused. I had to correct the nurse as she gave the doctor the wrong weight on one of my puppies. They are extremely unprofessional, rude and the DOCTOR was the Worst. BEYOND Unhappy.

I give zero stars to this vet. They only care about money. I wish I had the chance to do it over and choose a vet that actually cared about animals. I called this vet because it said 50% off for first time visit. My cat was very sick and I didn't have much extra money to pay a big vet bill so I called them. I took her in that same day. When the doctor came into see her she wanted to run a bunch of tests for an amount of money I did not have. I told her I had limited funds and just wanted to try and save the cat's life. She then said that they could give her a antibiotic shot and a water bag because she was dehydrated. The doctor was with me for maybe 5 minutes. After that the receptionist came into the room and took my cat into another room in back to give her the shot then brought her back. I paid $139.84 (which I took out of my rent money to pay). I took my cat home and she never got any better at all. The next morning the vet called me to see how she was. It was the receptionist that called. She asked me if my cat had been vomiting and I said no. I told her that the antibiotic didn't seem to be helping her and she told me that my cat didn't receive a antibiotic shot. She said that it was an anti-vomit shot. This was the receptionist telling me this and I am sure she was going off of notes. I got really angry and told her it was supposed to be an antibiotic. At this point my cat was barely hanging on. I went to 2 feed stores trying to get the antibiotic shot and give it to her myself. 20 minutes later she called back and tried to tell me that she made a mistake and that my cat actually did get the antibiotic. After thinking about this I knew that all they cared about was money. When I told them I could not pay for all of the tests they wanted to do on my cat I think they intentionally gave her the anti-vomit shot because they knew I would have to come back and pay more money. My cat died and I had to watch her suffer because of their greed. I sent them this email yesterday. I am writing this email to you to let you know how I feel about the service I received for my cat Lucky. I was told that she would receive a antibiotic shot the day I brought her in along with a water bag. Yesterday when I received a follow up call from one of your girls, she asked me if my cat was vomiting anymore because they had given her an anti-vomit shot. I told her she was supposed to have gotten an antibiotic. I was trying all morning to find a feed store where I could buy the antibiotic and give her a shot myself. I then received another call from your office and was told that she did receive the antibiotic shot. After thinking about this more I think that my cat didn't receive the antibiotic shot and I think the reason they didn't give it to her was because I refused the tests. So this was actually about money. My cat never got any better after I left your office. She died yesterday and it was horrible to have to watch her suffer. She screamed when she took her last breath. I wish you could have seen this because it's your fault. You didn't give here the antibiotic because you wanted me to have to bring her back in so you could generate more income. If you had given her the antibiotic like you were supposed to then she would have had a chance to live. I think it is sick that you would go to this extreme to make money. I am sure if I would have let you run all of the tests you wanted that she would have received the right antibiotic and would be alive today. Your receptionist that called me yesterday and told me about the anti-vomit injection didn't lie to me. This was all about getting me to bring her back in so you could make more money off of me. Whoever it was that made the decision to do something like this to generate more income should not be in this business. It makes me sick at my stomach. I should sue the hell out of you for doing such an inhumane thing. This is cruelty to animals and you are supposed to be someone who cares about animals. I really wish you had to watch her scream out h

Yes Dr. Singh. We dropped our boxers off and had their vaccines updated. We called at almost 5PM and asked how much it would be if we kept them there overnight. We were told $108.28 for each dog, including vaccines and overnight boarding. When we went to pick them up the next day you added on an extra $100+. Had we been told that it would have been that much when we called on Friday, we wouldn't have boarded them overnight. I believe that you should have honored the quote we were given. However, you did not and that's okay, we will not be returning. Thank you.

They were the only place who could see my cat within a reasonable amount of time. Everywhere else was booked out for a month or 2 and they had an appointment less than a week from they day I called. They were very nice and and the price was affordable.

WOW... is an understatement. The level of service, compassion & communication I received was impeccable they went over & beyond to help my dog Preddie..... .you can tell they love what they do & have great compassion towards animals especially those in need. My dog was attacked by a group of kids & jaw broke severly. I was frantic ...a complete mess... without hesitation they took my dog in, I was referred to a specialist but told if any issues to let them know. I went to the specialist... to several major veternarian hospitals...even reached out to some rescue organizations as this was going to be costly & I needed someone to work with me. NO ONE would help.... no one i tried to get help for my disfigured & in pain dog......no one showed any understanding that Sisk Veterinarian did. After all day searching....& in tears I returned .... they immediately took my Preddie in & assured me everything would be ok. I came by the following day to check on her & was so impressed by the work done. Not only did they fix her jaw, they set up a go fund me to help with the cost....SUCH A BLESSING All I received from the staff at Sisk was Customer Excellence & my family & I thank them tremendously I'd refer them in a heart beat ....

My dog & I met Dr Singh 3 yrs ago as we were passing through Modesto and needed to see a Vet. His care was so effective that I continue to travel to his hospital for all her care, including annual vaccines, despite living in Sacramento. His experience for diagnoses with in-house diagnostics, when necessary, is reputable & thorough. He is jovial with his staff & great with my pet. Dr Singh and his team work hard to be available for our pets; attributes I have utmost gratitude and respect for. For my 7th dog, Hannah Banana, Dr Singh & his colleagues are number 1.

Singh definitely is not Dr. Sessa. He's a thief. $800 to look in nose for foxtails for my 30 lbs dog. And no aftercare. In and out of office in about 2 hours. Over the counter medication at 550% markup from what I'd pay at drugstore. Asked if I could give mine and he said no I'll give it to you. I thought he meant free. God knows how much of a markup from his cost. I've never paid over $200 to have foxtails removed from my 90 lbs dog. They check BEFORE putting her under. This doctor refused to do so. Dog is worse, wheezing and sneezing. Asked dozens of times for pets medical records as I lost mine in a house fire. Nothing. Asked Vanessa to send records to another vet, she refused.

The girls at the front desk are very friendly, you can tell they love their job. I took my 16-year-old cat in for a nail trim, and she was in and out. I will definitely be taking her back again. Excellent service.

I would not use this Vet. They focus more on the almighty dollar then your beloved pet. We took our older Lab here and totally regret it. We had a Comprehensive blood workup and other things that was recommended by the Dr Singh came out to over $600 dollars. We just recently moved out of state like so many other people. My wife tried to order some Trifexis online since we don't have a new Vet yet here. They had to call the Vet to verify it. The vet refused to approve the order. So my wife called them and was told our dog did not have a current heart worm test. We said before we moved we paid over $600 for all the things Dr Singh recommended and if we had a comprehensive workup why wasn't a heart worm test included. They refused to grant us the approval for the heart worm medicine unless we brought our dog in. Once again we reminded them we moved. The only reason we went here a few times was our old Vet retired and sold his clientele to them. DON'T I REPEAT DONT TAKE YOUR FAMILY PET HERE EVER.. And finally the Young man who answers the phone there has terrible people skills and comes across very uneducated in the field of animal care.
