I orden from them on the 5/9/23 to be deliver on 5/10/23 by 7:30 on 5/10/23 they haven't deliver nothing, I went online and canceled the order. Today 5/11 my mother in law called me that she didn't know what time they went and delivered the order but in the morning that she went out of the house order was on the grass that the arrangement was full of snails from the outside (she did mention she went out side around 11pm the day before and didn't saw anything).I'm trying to reach the store since this morning and they don't pick up, I called corporate and they try as well but no answer. The person on corporate told me that the store was going to call me but till now I haven't received a call.I have a video that the arrangement had ants inside as well(She did not took pictures of it she doesn't know how to)

Extremely Disappointed - Mother's Day Nightmare!I am writing this review with a heavy heart and immense disappointment. I recently placed an order for a Mother's Day package and paid a premium for a delivery with the expectation to deliver on time. Unfortunately, the company failed to live up to their promises, leaving my Mother empty-handed on the special occasion.I meticulously selected the gift with a heartfelt message, only to have my excitement crushed by the company's lack of professionalism and disregard for their customers. The delivery status was terrible with little to no encouragement of meeting the delivery time.Communication with the company's customer service was equally frustrating. Their responses were delayed and unhelpful, providing no concrete information about the whereabouts of my gift.I had to scramble at the last minute once I received notification that the delivery was unsuccessful. This not only wasted my time and effort but also added unnecessary stress to an already special occasion. As a customer, it's not my responsibility to go on multiple social networks, leave multiple voicemails, wait on hold 4x with no response from the store when they were OPEN.The lack of accountability from the company is truly disheartening. They failed to fulfill their end of the bargain, and their lackluster response only exacerbated the situation. It's unacceptable for a business to make promises they cannot keep and then leave customers in the lurch without any proper explanation or resolution. I'm still waiting for a call back or path to make this right, gift is still sitting in limbo while my mom is still left with no gift today.Save yourself the disappointment and frustration by choosing a different company that values their customers' satisfaction and meets their delivery promises.It's no wonder you have a 3.7 star-rating on Google.

I have recently started using this location for our corporate closing gifts and they have been amazing!! The quality has been over the top and the service from Stephanie the general manager has been amazing. She is quick, thorough and so kind.They have been accommodating on getting things delivered and their delivery driver is so kind and sweet. I'm very happy that I can count on and trust Stephanie and her team to add a sweet touch to our clients. Thank you!

We come here few times a year for special occasions or anything really .And ordered a birthday arrangement and everything was great! We asked for a certain color cup and they delivered it early and before the given time, which still worked! Had it delivered to recipients work address and was worried it wouldn't go to the right dept because it's a big parking lot of "depts."A surprise nonetheless and she loved it!I would suggest coming here for anything you need and confirming everything maybe the morning of, when it's being assembled so no mistakes can happen!

I've ordered from this location 3 times. All 3 times they were "undeliverable" and I had to go pick up the order. I just think that you should start your deliveries before noon. Will try another location next time.

Shout out to Stephanie. Great customer service. I was running late for my pick up. Stephanie did not only wait for me but had a smile when I got there. That is great customer services and a great representation of the culture there at edible arrangements. I can't thank you enough thank you.

Don't rely in these guys if you want your order in time. I have never had such a bad experience with edible arrangements before. Place your orders elsewhere or keep a close check on these guys as they are very disorganized.

I paid $70 for a tray and thought I was ordering a Fathers Day arrangement. It was not worth the price i paid for the product I recieved. I could have made this myself! Never again!! The employee was not helpful or sympathetic when I expressed my dissapointment. I was not offered assistance to resolve in any way. I am extremely disappointed since this was my first time purchasing. I will be sure to never purchase again and will let everyone I know about the terrible experience in Modesto.
