A Terrifying Encounter with Road Rage
My children and I had a harrowing experience with one of your employees. While driving on Claribel the driver recklessly ran us off the road, putting our lives at risk. This traumatic event has left us shaken and has raised serious concerns about the company's hiring practices and accountability.
The driver's aggressive behavior was not only frightening but also irresponsible. As a parent, it's devastating to think that my children's lives were endangered by someone who is supposed to provide a service to the community. The lack of regard for human life and safety is appalling.
Furthermore, this incident highlights the importance of responsible driving practices and the need for companies to ensure that their employees are properly trained and vetted. It's crucial that you guys take immediate action to address this issue and prevent similar incidents in the future.
Our encounter was a terrifying experience that has left a lasting impact on our lives. I hope that by sharing our story, we can raise awareness about the importance of road safety and responsible driving practices.

TAKING ADVANTAGE OF SENIOR CITIZENS AND THE DISABLE
This company is clearly professinal... at ripping of disable senior citizens, on 07 02 2024 my wife and i saw a suv in the marketplace which led us to E towing on primo way modesto, we got to e towing and went inside and asked the guy behind the window about an suv they advertised, he told us. to go thru the gate on the side and he would meet us ba k there. We met him back there zaw the suv and listened to it run after shutting it off my wife ask mme if the other cars were for sale that were aroud . The guy said yes all of them are for. Sale, we then asked if he had the keys to b start them

Update:I did immediately call back to my insurance company and was advised that your company would NOT help us.We had to sit for another hour and a half for another truck. At no time did your driver say he would get another truck out to us. It's scary to be stranded in a town you know nothing about.On Tuesday, December 5, 2023 this company was contacted by State Farm Roadside Assistance for what we thought was a dead battery. After waiting over an hour, the truck arrived and the driver hooked up a jump start box. After it was determined NOT to be the battery, the driver said he was leaving and that I had to start all over with roadside. I mentioned to him that he was leaving 2 disabled people stranded in Modesto. He didn't seem to care and left.I found this driver to be extremely rude and uncaring for his customers. I will never use this company again.If I could give ZERO stars, I would.

My insurance sent Elite towing to pick up my car after it was broken into and the ignition was damaged so much (in an attempt to steal the car) that it would not start. The tow truck arrived promptly and the guys from the company were polite; however, instead of taking the vehicle to the designated shop arranged by my insurance they have been keeping the car for over a week now with excuses for not dropping it off. The insurance agent and I have tried calling repeatedly to no avail. It feels like my car really did get stolen because it is not being repaired and Elite towing found a way to make a bad situation worse. I would not recommend this company. If your insurance is contracted with them I would recommend finding another tow service.
