The employees at Empire Vets are wonderful. They are a whole different class of people. They really care about your animal. Our dog got chewed up by a pit bull. We took her to Empire Vets and they helped her without asking us if we had money or any source of payment first. That kinda stuff don't usually happen. They were so concerned about our dog. They got her up and ready to go. We were so pleased with their service that we will never take out dog anywhere else besides Empire Vets. Thank you to everyone who works who works there.

I took my 6 day old preemie pomeranian to Dr. Sue and she was excellent! She provided fluids and took glucose test. She could have let her pass away but she did what was needed to save my baby. I went in to office and baby weighed 2.3 oz and 2 days later she is at 2.75 oz. She cares and provides the necessary medical care! I highly recommend Dr. Sue she is awesome!!!!

Everyone is so nice and even though my dogs aren't fans of the thermometer up the bums they will be who I always take my pets to.

My dog was seen there and she has cancer and there's nothing they can do for her so in private gave me some pain medication for her but refuse to give her any more because they wanted me to pay for a new office visit knowing there's nothing that can be done just to let you know she's doing good we found some another doctor but I'll never go back there again and I have been going there for over 15 years

We had taken our little guy to another veterinarian before coming to Empire Veterinary and had a very bad experience there...Our little one was in pain somewhere and that veterinarian could care less as she demonstrated through her actions...***Dr. Sue and staff were totally different as they showed compassion and gave my wife and I a sense of relief when we visited their office...Doctor Sue checked our little one and took the time to evaluate him all over then prescribed medicine and instructions on what to do to help him heal...Doctor Sue helped us and we are grateful...She will be our go to when any of our pets need help...Thank you Doctor Sue...
