Awesome, awesome, awesome!!! The men who work here are helpful, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of . Home renovating isn't always fun and these guys helped my tile process go smoothly and on schedule. Skip the home depot or lowes crap, get some quality and unique tile at a reasonable cost. Thank you guys!!!

Exceptional Customer Service was provided to us . Due to the Covid situation , the store hours have changed . We went there Friday afternoon , in a rush, since the store is closed on weekends , needing to choose and purchase tile grouts , so we can finish our project during the weekends . Despite their busy schedule , Adrian and Ken , were both patient and helpful . They took time to help us choose the best color of the grout suited for the multiple tiles that we have . Their computer system were down that day , but they were kind and trustful enough to let me bring home bags of grout . My wife is a first time customer , they namely , Adrian who is the branch manager and Trey ,helped her choose the tiles that best suited our design . We have never felt rushed during the whole process .Great bunch of people work in this Modesto Branch ! We are forever grateful for all your help in our project to make our dream home a reality .

Very friendly and HELPFUL staff! They have a huge selection and high quality material. There were a few bumps in the road on our part when we were getting our bathroom remodeled and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. We will be using them for every remodel that we do in our house. Thanks Emser!!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The employees know what there talking about and actually ordered the right tile that I needed unlike the last time I was in there. Also the kid in the warehouse seems to have everything organized. Definitely would recommend!
