Love this storage, I've seen alot of storage units, but none like this, I love their locks and they seem hard to break into. Unit was very clean and completely enclosed, no gaps at the ceiling. Very happy to have chosen extra space storage.
UPDATE! I was completely satisfied with our storage, until this week when there has been alot of issue with getting this boat stored. We cannot waive their liability on it to not need it insured, and had a very hard time finding a company to insure it,finally got it insured and registered and my husband cannot store it because the storage is in my name.. the associate I spoke with was unapologetic that this screwed all out plans up.i cannot give permission for him to store it, I have to make my way over there to change the storage from my name to my husband's. Aparently you cannot co-own a storage here. Im beyond frustrated.

I've been with public storage forever and their rates are just going higher and higher every 4 to 5 months. I call Extra space storage and they explain to me that they don't do that. I'm hoping they live by those words lol. The customer service agent was super nice, caring, helpful with a deal to move in cheaper and easier. It is a distance away from my house, but it's a storage unit not my house. The only Con I have about this company so far is that they don't have dolly to help you move into those long hallways they have If you have an indoor unit.

Both David and Alex were great with setting up our storage unit and upgrading to a larger unit. They were patient, professional, and thorough with explaining everything. We would recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone who needs their services!

Really disappointed!!!! They charge me after 3mos $118 which supposed to be $59. Biggest scammer. Don’t go there!
