Ritu is phenomenal. She is my go to person for eyebrows. Would not get them done from anyone else, she is absolute perfection. 10/10 recommend her, the only reason I go to this place is because of her. She is very friendly and always has a positive, professional attitude which is a plus. She is why I’m giving this place 5 stars.Service: Eyebrow threading

I went to get my eyebrows done and their hours says that they close at 5:00 p.m. and it was before 5:00p.m and they were close they should update their hours

I don't recommend this place anymore! It's a worst place to go to do eyebrows and face threading. Before it was really good! There was an Indian lady and she was doing great job, but recently there new people who are not trained well and doing eyebrows and threading. I have been there yesterday and it was my worst experience ever. The lady that she did my eyebrows was not trained at all. While she was doing face threading for me, it was hurting so much and when I came home I saw scratches on my face; she literally cut my skin with the thread.Do not recommend to anyone!!

This USED TO BE my go to place, the price was on point and my eyebrows weren't bad when they were done. UP UNTIL, they scammed me out my money , swiped my card multiple times saying my card didn't go through when I CLEARLY showed my bank account statement that also had the date time & location but they kept tryna say I have no money and asked to swipe my card AGAIN???????? On top of that they f***** up my eyebrow but I let it slide cus s*** happens but now you gon tell me I don't have money when I showed you it went through what ??? I called the manager and she said she will check if it went through twice that night & I sent her proof of everything , gave her some time and texted her twice to get an update & not get a reply back. I was willing to give this place another try but trust me, it's another place worth your money! But it's fine this is exactly why it's always empty & you know what happens from there. Karma can do the work . Oh and I forgot in the end she finally gave me my card back & apologized because it wasn't me, she said " sorry it was because the WiFi was broken " & I had got charged twice , no refund.

Best place ever especially if you have thick eyebrows and do you want to keep the same shape but not take too much off just clean them I would recommend this place employees are really nice and super quick and this place is cheap which I love

I come here when I’m in need of a good set of eyebrows. I haven’t had any problems so far and I’ve been coming here for years now. It’s quick and she does my eyebrows how I specify I want them. It’s fast and not too pricey. I will continue to go here for my eyebrow threatening needs.

Don't ever go here I repeat don't ever go here they cut me all up it was horrible it hurts a stings so bad I can't even touch my eye lids without them burning it's been stinging for two weeks now !! Zero stars

I have been coming here for about five years and I have never had a bad experience. Be cautious of other reviews, they seem to be very old. The price is very fair, the best price I've been able to find for threading and the service is always just what I want. I have never had any problem with bruising.
