When calling on the phone because they do not answer on Saturday like other banks, the automatic answering voicemail tells you your account is inactive! Panicking I had to wait two days to get someone to answer, she put me through so much to get through - a password I sent up 7 years ago I could not remember, my drivers license, etc. then tells me my account is fine and it says inactive on the voicemail because if you do not call in every 30 days it says you are inactive! What kind of bank does this!?! I'm getting out of this bank soon.

Love this bank!!! They are so helpful and friendly. Anytime I have a question I just go in and talk to them and they go above and beyond to help. They even helped me set up my Venmo

Me and my family have banked with f&m for years at multiple different branches and have had nothing but great service. They do not have some of the features of larger banks but they have always been friendly and willing to help with whatever I needed. Certainly would recommend using them if you want a great local bank.

F&m bank shut my card off while I was in Washington and I called this bank and the lady who answered the phone was SO rude. Said she couldn’t help me with anything because I didn’t know my pin, which I understand. But I set my password up 8 years ago and when asked if there was any other way she said to go to an f&m bank. But wait, there are none in this state. So I called another branch and they were WAYY nicer. Wouldn’t recommend this branch to anyone. The other one fixed my problem in 2 minutes.

Not a great bank, ever since I have opened my account here nothing but issues! I do not suggest this bank to anyone. For example, I open a loan and they gave me all my papers, even the ones they needed to open my loan and they called me to come back and give it to them! Not professional at all. The teller tells me she can’t help me with my questions! She does not even tell me let me ask my supervisor. Then I purchase something online a month ago. I never received the item. The lady on the phone tells me she can’t help me with that. I don’t even want to put one star for this bank. But I have to for it to go through. So don’t waste your time here!

This bank is so incredibly unprofessional. Tellers are not friendly or personable. We had a cracked debit card took over a month to receive the replacement. Went in with a large check, they held the entire amount for 5 days, even after funds were verified. Last and final issue was when my husband was profiled, an older woman yelled across the entire bank asking him to remove his hat and glasses. His glasses are prescription. She yelled in front of other customers. We will not use this location at all anymore and will more than likely be closing our account all together.

The worst customer service. They have no patience and are very rude especially the ones on the side desks. I recommend going to the one in Dale Rd, they are very nice and helpful.
