Quick easy shipping with great customer service. The person handing the counter yesterday was not only nice and courteous but went above and beyond offering packaging tips and ideas that will greatly aid me in the future. Great help ..

This place is has horrible service. They have 1 guy working who can't keep up. It's not his fault he's been under staffed. They wouldn't deliver my package, told me to come pick it up and now I'm standing here for 30 mins. I really don't know how FedEx says in business.

Horrendous service walked in to pick up a package that they weren't able to deliver and it took them about six minutes to say greet me despite their being three employees which I thought they may be just didn't greet people until they start helping you nope lady behind me walked in and was greeted before the door could close on top of all this they were slow and holding a personal conversation whilst helping me it made me feel as though I was bothering them will not return here or do businesses with them unless I have to

Fedex is the last option anyone should use. Take it from me. They cannot deliver to my residential address that they have been for the last five years. The drivers cannot even locate the address. How ridiculous is that?After multiple calls and still nothing. They will send my package back to the shipper but won’t let me pick up my own shipment I’ve paid for. Makes zero sense!

Picked up the check from our car dealership so we can finish registration, smog and inspection. Been a long time coming with all the red tape to get this all finalized. Now we will be able to drive our 2020 expedition limited max.

Do not use FedEx. They are the lowest most uncaring people I've ever done business with. MANY issues in SEVERAL states! Their problems are company wide.I'm waiting on a life changing delivery. I get notice that it's going to be delivered early, today in fact, rather than Friday. It should arrive at the facility in Modesto in an hour, then be on a truck to my house by 3pm. When it gets to modesto, they decide, it's not due until Friday so screw it. We don't have to deliver it. They reset delivery to Friday.So I go to pick it up. The lady behind the counter won't go in the back and get it because it's not due until Friday.This is the reason your company is sinking. I will never use your company for as long as I live. Nor will I purchase from anyone who will only ship through FedEx. I've had it with your no service, uncaring attitude. I bought a mattress for my mom and your driver threw it in the yard of an abandoned house around the corner. My mom was 70 at the time.I ordered a mattress and you lost it. After 2 weeks you said, we are done trying to find it. Here's a claim number to file instead. I hope you go bankrupt quickly.

I am very dissatisfied with the service I received. I had got a notification my package was out for delivery at 8 am and it would be delivered between 2pm-6pm. I check at 6 pm and it still isn’t delivered. It is now 9pm and the status hasn’t changed and supposedly it is suppose to be delivered by end of day. I myself work for a FedEx site and this is just unacceptable.

Terrible service, they do not deliver things on the agreed date, packages are lost, it is a terrible company in service.
