Don't come on the morning shift good God little to no help ! I wanna print something out and retrieve info off my email and I was told to go to a library for what I'm trying to do. For customers that have no experience here it's not the place for you . Horrible customer service She's probably a manager and no action will be talked about. Very frustrating There's no above and beyond service like this what I can do to help you. It was I don't know what your doing so I'm not going to help you type of attitude.

I cannot say enough about the incredible service I received from Lynette today at FedEx Shipping. She went absolutely above and beyond to help me when a very important package for my granddaughter’s birthday had the wrong address. Instead of letting it get lost in the system, Lynette personally took the time to make things right.
Her determination, kindness, and professionalism truly stood out—she reached for the stars to make sure this package got where it needed to be. Because of her, my granddaughter will receive her birthday gift soon, and that meant the world to me.
Lynette is the kind of person who turns a stressful situation into a moment of gratitude, and FedEx is lucky to have her on their team. She is a shining example of what true customer service should be.

I went to the FedEx thinking that I had a one package for them and then two for the post office but after speaking with Lynette who is amazing I had a one for her at the FedEx and two for the post office and she helped me label wrap priced and sent me on my way with ease it was awesome so yes Lynette at the Princeton plaza FedEx is amazing 10 out of 10 definite recommends 😷☺️☺️

I noticed Lenore had a terrible attitude toward an elder, she was extremely rude and seemed annoyed at everything the guy said. There are ways to explain to a customer with patience, and instead she was being rude. This elderly man was trying to understand where she was coming from, and she was extremely rude and responded with “ I don’t know what you’re not understanding”. FedEx please do better.

Their staff is very unknowledgeable, I have been shipping for a long time and Kevin, the customer service rep that helped me was telling me that Ground shipping in CA for a small 1 lb package would be MORE expensive than overnight shipping. He was insisting that ground would be more expensive which I know is not true. Not a fault on him but he definitely needs more training. Will not be visiting this location again

This place is horrible! Save your money and go elsewhere. Very bad customer service. It seems they get bothered by customers walking in through the front door even when they are completely dead. Place needs a complete employee and management overhaul. Last time I come here.

I know this is cliched but if I could rate them a zero I absolutely would. My partner went to print a document that was downloaded to his phone. He was having trouble doing it and asked the person at the counter for help. She told him that the instructions are right there. He told her that he was having trouble following the instructions, her response was to tell him again that the instructions are right there and then to laugh at him so he just left. I called to speak with someone about her lack of help and absolute refusal to do her job. I spoke with Evailia. It took three tries to understand her mumbling of her name when I asked for it. I asked for the name of the person my partner spoke with stating that I was fully aware that he did not have the correct name but said something similar to the name. Her first response was that they don't have anyone with that first letter. I told her that I know what I said was wrong do they have someone that has a name close to which she responded yeah maybe. It is apparent that the majority of the staff will not do their jobs. It is totally unacceptable to laugh at a customer. I know she didn't know this but my partner has three TBIs (traumatic brain injurys) and when he is stressed he has trouble following things which is why he was having trouble with the instructions. Employees should not need to know such things to help patrons. There is no excuse for laughing at a customer that asks for help.
