Huge shout out to Andrew, Sam, and Lupe who all worked on my 2007 Honda Civic. After not driving it for a year, they brought my car back to life. Super appreciate of PJ Cervantes for all the attention and assistance we received. Will be back and would definitely recommend for any automotive needs.

Showed up late for my appointment but they still took me in. My tech Andrew was absolutely amazing. Kept me in the loop the whole time. Krystal was very professional and friendly while checking me and explaining the prices. PJ as a manager did a great job in explaining the issues that were found in my vehicle and helped me find a solution that didn't empty my bank account! All in all a great experience. I will be coming back when I need new tires! I applied for thier financing and got a fast response! Thank you all for making this transaction go as smoothly as possible in a timely manner.

I was a walk-in on a Sunday afternoon and TJ Cervantes and his team took excellent care. After almost spending hundreds of dollars on news, spark plugs, PJ Cervantes double checked the record and realized that I do not need spark plugs and the ones I have are perfectly fine, which saved me a lot of money. They fixed the original problem and honored their word and their warranty on the tires and we were out of there in about one hour or less. This means a lot to me. I am a father of three young daughters and I did not have a babysitter so they did the Bowling family very well. We will be repeated customers.

It was an hour and 12 minutes to get an oil change, even though I had an appointment scheduled. Then they left my finished car in the parking lot without telling me it was finished with the oil change. When I went outside to check on it and saw it in the parking lot, I waited 12 minutes for someone to come to the desk. I even went outside to get someone's attention, but they ignored me. I had to call the front desk and let it ring over a dozen times before someone answered so I could ask if my car was done. That is what finally got them to come to the front to help me check out. I will not be going back here ever, and would not recommend this place to anyone else.

I arrived immediately after the shop opened. Asked to have 2 tires swapped. It took them 4.5 hours to swap them! Also, they charged double what Costco charges. Rough experience. Tires seem to have been installed properly, at least!

Went. In for An alignment they told me my bolts were wrong on the control arm(they were brand new control arms) I had to get new ones at ace the same. Grade etc.). I asked do they have some they can install they told me no. the guy then said to me they can do the alignment if I get the control arms from them (which doesn’t make sense because they purchase they’re parts from autozone which is were I bought the control arms ) then I spoke to the store manager and. He said no they can’t do it. My knowledge is they mess with the inner and outter tie rods for alignment they don’t mess with the control arms. Sounds more like they wanted money out of me than to help me. I ended up going to a local alignment shop who replaced the bolts for free and did my alignment it’s very unfortunate I had to go somewhere else I drove from American tires in Turlock to give Firestone my business kinds off disappointed I have took in other customers cars for alignments . At other locations from using different bolts also the foremen who looked at my car couldn’t give me a proper explanation saying the nut I used was wrong he didn’t look at the car kind of makes. You wonder what kind of show they run anyways I might try again at a Firestone or just go to a Les Schwab

Horrible service left my car there and they had it for 2 hours, they didn’t let me know that they couldn’t get it up on the alignment rack because it was too low until I called and asked about it. Also my car is stick shift/ Manual transmission DO NOT COME HERE IF YOUR CAR IS STICK SHIFT my clutch is sticking to the floor it was not like that when dropped it off. They said they tried multiple times to get it on the rack and kept getting my car stuck and I’m assuming they don’t have someone who knows how to drive stick shift properly or at all. Hopefully they didn’t damage it to bad and it stops sticking to the floor soon, it’s a $1000 Z1 sport clutch now it not as good as it use to be. Do not come here unless your suspension is stock and you have an automatic transmission and even then I would not recommend. Wish they would have just been able to take a look at my car and tell me that. Haven’t even checked my undercarriage yet hopefully they didn’t mess that up either.
