We called and asked for s carpet estimate and we were very pleased that they came out within a day and Hemdi whom came out to the house prepared in his van with a variety of samples to choose from. We realized we also wanted to get new LVP flooring and Hemdi was also ready to come out to the house with samples but we decided to go in to their store or showroom to pick it.
I am so glad we did we realized it was a good company with a variety of flooring to choose from but they also sell the cabinets and granite counter tops too so with A+ customer service I highly recommend them for all your flooring and kitchen needs. Ask for Hemdi who went above and beyond and stayed with us through out the project. Thank you so much Flooring Liquidators Modesto. I will recommend you to all my family and friends.

Do not buy from this company and don't use their installers that they reccomend. We bought flooring from them. Their sales person told us that we should lay the floor before installing cabinets. The flooring has started delaminating throughout the house. We took pictures and sent them in. They are now saying that the warranty is voided because the cabinets were installed after the floor was installed. Absolute horrible customer service.

This is no longer the old flooring liquidators - they gauge on installation and triple the cost for carpet pad. Price of the carpet at other stores are similar and so is quality…Do your homework or you will end up paying 35 to 40 percent more for carpet installation. Get 3 bids.

Do not purchase items from this establishment because these guys do not stand by their word. I purchased carpet from this location and had it installed. Carpet was of medium quality. The guys that installed my carpet left a tremendous mess that I had to clean up. Carpet strands were everywhere and they used and clogged the toilet without letting me know. After installation, I noticed a strong chemical order. Looked it up and found out it was a volatile organic compound or VOC. I let the carpet air out for over a month while I was scheduling repairs around the house, but the carpet still had a strong odor when the windows were closed. Called the establishment multiple times and they sent out two individuals who confirmed that there was a strong odor and that they will get in touch with the district manager to fix it. Both these individuals agreed that something needed to be done because it's unsafe to be inhaling these potentially cancer causing VOCs. It's been 5 months and no one has called. These guys will not do the right thing and fix the issue because it will cost them money. I will never do business with these guys again. I bought carpet not a health hazard and now I'm stuck looking to rip this carpet out again. If you have children or elderly be very careful what you order.

We have spent $6,000 + here between cabinets and countertops and we are basing our experience off myriad of times we have come into the store whether business was done or not. We have done business with Robert Andrews multiple time and it has been a horrible experience every single time Robert is extremely condescending and expects you to automatically know everything about the process of ordering cabinets although that is his expertise. When you ask question he will be little you and make you feel ignorant for asking. We ordered custom cabinets that cost us 5,000+ and when you are spending that much, every penny counts. As many other reviews have noted, the salesman here like to oversell you. Robert is no exception, Robert over sold us $100.+ Dollars worth of filler. When we asked if there was a way we could return the unused pieces, Robert through contract language at us and told us "expects adult to read the contract" he was very condescending and very combative to our questions and inquiries.. we asked him how we possibly have extra if we had the exact measurements? ( From contracts he knows and has worked with before) And the schematics were created right there in front of us. He told us as he " always order more than needed in case contractors mess up" if that is the case he should have let us know the day we signed the contract, and he should have let us know today right then and there. When we inquire instead of coming off defensive and reminding us of the contract we signed. When asked if that was in the contract he told us. "I am not the attorney that wrote the contract" if he's going to try and throw contract language to our face and hold us to it, they need to be held to the same standard regarding contract language and the lack of a mention of the over ordering. When I asked him again for clarity if the contract specifically states that more will be older than needed, he looked at me and refused to answer my question and instead told my daughter and I " we are done here"
This is classic case of overselling and taking advantage of young homeowners. ( Something many reviews have noted as well.) And today was a clear exemplification of how Robert deems it ok to speak to women and most of all, customers. No customer should be treated in this fashion, this was not the first nor the second time we had dealt with Robert's rudeness, there is no excuse. We were there to buy some tile backsplash but, I am glad we did not end up purchasing it. I promise this business will not get another Penny of mine.✋

I was admittedly skeptical placing an order out of state, but wow are we pleasantly surprised! Flooring Liquidators sold us Coretec Pro flooring for nearly half the cost of my local flooring dealer, and that’s even including the $150 shipping fee.
Customer service was incredibly helpful and prompt. Just make sure you get your documents signed in a timely fashion. I was quoted a 2-3 weeks for shipping, but it arrived in about one week. For reference, I ordered 11 cartons of flooring and it shipped via FedEx freight.
Also, FedEx was surprisingly prompt and helpful as well, and they let me choose my delivery day and window (4 hours window with 30 minute call ahead before arrival)
I will absolutely recommend Flooring Liquidators to anyone shopping around. Since we are not local, we hired our own labor unaffiliated with FL. We LOVE the new floors and they match seamlessly with the existing Coretec we already had in our home.

Your experience here will be greatly affected by the crew that gets selected to do your job. In our case, it was pretty miserable. We purchased flooring for the downstairs of our house, about 1100sqft total. It was a living room, kitchen, dining, and formal dining. Nothing crazy, nothing unusual. Square rooms, no stairs. The material was backordered, no big deal, but it did push the install back. Again, not a problem, since it was the manufacturer that was backordered. The day finally came to get the floor installed, and were told the installer would call us to drop off the material to acclimate to the house. We rented a pod, and emptied out the house to prepare. The day comes and goes...no call, no show from the installer. I call the store, and they contact the installer and he said he was tied up with another job. OK...call would have been nice. This was Nov 10th. Monday rolls around, and they drop off the material, but tell me it needs 7 days to acclimate. No one had checked the material, so no we're pushed back a few more days. Luckily, I work from home, so this was not a massive problem. Should be done by Thanksgiving they say. Install gets started, and the crew shows up around 10am every day. The install is going incredibly slowly....it takes until after Thanksgiving to get half the living room and entry way done. Two weeks in, we have half a room done, and I notice they had installed row after row of small 1-2 foot pieces. They didn't mix the short pieces in during the initial install of the room, so when they got to the middle, they just installed all of the short pieces, one after another, with no long or medium pieces mixed in. The installer tells me that's how the boxes come, and it's totally normal. Yeah... I took some photos, sent them in to the office, escalate to the regional manager, and he tells them to take it out and do it again. However...the material is on backorder....so they order more. Now we're into December, and they are demoing the bad section, and continuing the install. Fast forward another week, and I notice a gap in the flooring that exposed the unstained tongue of the planks. It was about the width of a nickel, and about 8ft long. The planks had not been knocked into place, leaving a nice gap. Another call, another escalation, and another tear out. The installed tried to convince me he could just fill the gap, and it was totally normal...but we spent 22k on this floor, and a quick fix was not something I was interested in. The sales rep came out to look at it, and I mentioned they would likely need to order more. The installer said they had enough. We're still waiting on the first re-order of material at this point, and it's nearing Christmas. As expected, we run out of material, and work stops. I do a quick measure, and realize they will not have enough, even with the new material coming in, because they now have to tear out the gapped area. Call the sales guy, and tell him how much is on order, how much needs to get taken out, and how much is left to do. He finally agrees to order more material. Christmas comes and goes, and the floor is not done. Remember, this started on 10 Nov...a simple 1100 sqft install. Now it's January...the material all arrives, they finish, and use up almost everything. Had I not pestered the sales guy about ordering more, we'd probably still be waiting on another box. They finish the install on Jan 5, and my family and I rush to get the Pod empty so there's not another month's charge on it. However....it does not stop there. When they were completed, there was still tape on the threshold to the bathroom. The installer told me to leave it there for 24 hours to let the glue set. The next day, I take the tape off, and there's dried glue oozing out from the threshold, it's raised on one end, and crooked in the doorframe. Call to get this fixed...and we get a different installer to come out and fix it on 25 Jan. Total time for the job....76 days. If it's done. We have spots in the floor that make

This review is for Diana who worked with us to get an amazing price on the floors we wanted which are top quality Monarch engineered hardwood floors. Made in California and known to be of the highest possible quality. Resist the urge to go to floor places that seem cheaper but give no customer service and don't work with you on price. Thank you Diana i will recommend you to all of our friends/real estate agents in California.

Me and my sister walked in, stayed looking to purchase carpet..never were we acknowledged, one young man ask, as we were leaving if we found what we were looking for...my sister told him, no thank you , we will take our business elsewhere. We will never shop or refer anyone to this business
