My family and I have always bought our furniture from here. Prices are great but you get what you pay for. I recently spent $2k on a bedroom set. Though it's beautiful the side rail to the bed frame completely snapped after only 2 weeks. What a waste of money as it can't be fixed or atleast match if I do it myself. Very disappointed

Okay so I went in on 04/02/2023 and purchased a dining set was 995$ the man who helped me is named frank... so this jiggly mother fucker said the table would be delivered on Thursday the next week half way through the week he calls me and says "hey sorry it looks like the manufacturer is taking longer then expected this won't be done until the beginning of next month" I was upset but I understand miscommunications happen and what not ...then he calls me a week later stating the table is ready and can be delivered on Wednesday (they did not show and he did not call me to say plans had changed) I called frank and he said "blah blah I talk out of my a*** I told him so what's going to happen with my table he said he can deliver it next day I said great I will be home at 6... delivery driver showed up 1 hour late and with the wrong table I informed him I read the policy and knew I had to inform them during delivery that it was the wrong table he said he would contact frank.... So I'm still waiting on your call frank you bald b*****

Do not shop here. They are bunch of fraud, you order, pay and they deliver a different item. Thank God my husband took of picture of what we ordered and the owner is so rude as wellwhen we came in to complain. I say again, they are bunch of frauds

Ok. Normally I'm chill and sparing when it comes to poor service or bad business. I'm typically willing to let the situation be remedied and let you all know I'll come with a better rating once I make another visit or something of that nature. Because I know how detrimental a negative Re Yvan be to a business. But today I can't let it ride. This company is pure trash. And I'm convinced their fine with that. Smh. I'll recommend them to my cousins that just purchased a new place and needed to have it furnished. Right of that bay they went. We my female cousin went in and placed a few orders. Right off the bat I feel like they prayed on her being a woman and immediately felt as if they had fresh fish on the line. They crazy up charged her for a costume sofa. $5k which at first they tried to sell to us for $9k alone. Then we look at the Receipt and see they didn't even make the charge for the bed set which is another $4k. ok let's just get that understood that they weren't spending just a couple hundred bucks. Which makes this situation even worse. The furniture was supposed to come to the house in there weeks. Which is today. We call the guy up he and say " hey what's up. We haven't heard any updates from you guys on the status of our furniture. You told us up to 3 weeks. What's up?" He tells us "No I said I'd deliver it in 3 weeks PLUS!!" Nah bro. We not even gonna play that game. See there's know way in heck we'd even pay that much for a delivery we need asap. We even made sure they said 3 weeks before we shelled out the money. Now moving past that tid bit. Now since my cousin called the guy out. He shoots us a message tells us. it'll be delivered by the 23rd. Bro WHAT?!?! The 23rd?!?! That's supposed to be here today. You know what. We're coming down there and just run us our money back and let that be that. Now.... Since we had that conversation. The guy just now got back and said. "It'll all be delivered tomorrow." what? Now we know this company is full of games and just chasing the dollar. How you go from having it delivered by the 23rd to tomorrow just like that. This entire situation could've easily been avoided if good business would've been produced. It's a shame that ppl even have to go through situations like this especially if n this economy. The real kicker is... man I love working with businesses. As a photographer/videographer helping them get recognition is normally my goal. Smh. Sorry for the lengthy review friends. But words had to be said.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! They lie, they lie about the warranty. The bed I bought isn't even the right size. I bought a King bed it's 8 inches short doesn't even fit the box spring. And they won't refund me back. I bought a 4k couches sofa set! It's spring is broken! Not even a year yet. I called nobody calls me back. When I bought this couch. He was all YES IT HAS WARRANTY. 5 year warranty. Don't worry. It covers wear and tear. I ordered this couch through there catalog. Told me the couch was covered DONT WORRY. Now they tell me I don't have any Warranty on the on the couch. 4k for f****** couches for it to sag and broken spring UNDER A YEAR! F*** THIS PLACE!

I went in to purchase two chairs - I was having a tough time just being able to buy two white wooden chairs. I spoke to the salesman and he said, "we have the best inventory around and more resources than anywhere else." I was encouraged. This was on a Saturday and he said I'd get it by Wednesday. Wednesday comes and no call for me to pick it up. I call in the afternoon to see when i'd be able to pick up my chairs and the man who answered said, "we'll call you when its ready" and hung up. I called on Friday, no one answered, I called again and a woman barely able to speak english said she thought it was discontinued. Mind you I've already paid for these chairs. She tells me she'll call back in an hours. Two hours later no call, so I call again. She tells me she doesn't really speak English, someone else will call me back. They guranteed I'd have these chairs by Wednesday and for sure before the weekend. ARE you friggin kidding me!!! Now I have no chairs - they have my money and I'll have to go back to the store and instead of picking up my chairs, I'll be fighting for a return of my money!!!

Scammed out of $3,000, the sales rep lied saying it would be 2.6k for the couch and added it we are now stuck paying over $5,000. No matter what do not buy from this store. Our agreement was to buy the couch for about $2,600 but we were actually renting it and we would need to pay an extra 3k to owe it.

Only gave 1 star because I can't do negative stars. Worse place to do any business. After we paid we had to come back to cancel because wrong items showed up and after that they wanted more money so we canceled and we went to a better service store

I went yesterday and I purchased a dresser with mirror I totally pay it! i have the note. they supposed to delivery to me today 10am-12 I call the first time and they tell me will be late 30min. I wait for them 1 hour and now the lady named Cruz Told me that the delivery guy doesn't go to work today! And that she tell me they don't have deliveries today. So... I'm lying or what??? The delivery cost me $89 bugs and I leave two blocks from them. Its my first purchase there and I think it will be the last one. Very expensive, very tricky and the worst delivery service. At least they should discount me the deliver. why the lady is changing the version. And not make me believe her and been waiting just for nothing.

Bought my couches 3 yrs ago here2 years ago I got a new dining table here tooAnd recently got a beautiful Accent table !My favorite thing about the store is they have a variety of furniture on the floor. Never had issues with my future or the people .One thing I can say is the lady/owner can be grumpy sometimes but who cares the furniture is nice and so far no issuesShout out to Eddie for being so patientHe always new exactly what I was looking for.he made shopping so much easier . To bad he’s not working here anymore.

Do NOT shop at this furniture store!!! Id give them zero stars if i could. My parents bought furniture almost a year ago and they still have not received it. Every time they call them they have a different story. One time my mom called and they said their furniture was there and then when they called back to set up delivery they told them that they don't have their furniture and that it is stuck on a boat. My parents told them that just want their money back then and they told them that they can't do a refund. They are extremely rude and have horrible customer service. This place has ripped off my elderly parents and if they don't make it right by March, we will be filing a lawsuit.

I was hesitant to shop here for my bed set because of the reviews. I had shopped here before but took a piece off the floor so I hadn’t had experience with their shipments yet. I came back because they gave me a great deal last time and wanted a new bed set, I was told it would take two weeks.. it took less! I got my furniture within a week and a half. Furniture everywhere is taking MONTHS, if you’re wanting to receive yours sooner than that I’d suggest asking if they have the item in stock before ordering. Come here and ask for Jose, he was great!

I went in to purchase a dresser and mirror combo. I found it a little odd that most of the inventory on display did not have a price. When you ask for a price they go to the computer and look it up. I saw 5 different dressers and mirrors. I found the one I liked. I also ended up buying a reclinable love seat. I live about a block away from the store. They were to deliver the items the following day between 11:00 and 1:00. I had called the store to ask about the delivery fee that was quoted at $99 in the store but when I got the receipt it showed a price of $89. They honored the $89. It took me about 4 phone calls to get an answer. I was not able to leave a message because their mailbox was full. The items were delivered about an hour past the given time frame. They were in good condition. Overall, my experience with them was satisfactory despite the inconsistencies.
