The outstanding art of customer service and quality individualized treatment that is unknown to this tech driven world of algorithms and hiroglyphics is located inside each and every person at Florida avenue prescriptions. Greeted by your first name and caring about you just like my great grandma's pharmacist at the old PaulRx..I made the mistake leaving once because of the hours of operation being limited and wanting the heads up by text that my meds were ready..well I learned my lesson quickly enough .. loyal customer for life..thank you girls for always treating me... all of us...so kind

This pharmacy and the staff are wonderful. I had a problem with a rx that my regular pharmacy happened to be closed and I was unable to get it. Elaine the pharmacist took care of and gave me great advice on how to fix the problem. She was very kind and didn't treat me like a # but a person. I wish I could change pharmacy's but with the type of meds. I take I can't transfer or else I would be going here. If u want a nice small town pharmacy this is the place to go.

This a a great pharmacy where you are a person and not just an Rx number. If they did compounding, I'd never go anywhere else! Super great people!

Not once in a year have they opened on time. Soonest was 30min late usually longer. Staff is nice. But it would be nice if i showed up and it was actually open.
