received a gift online from my friend and was told i couldn’t return unless i had their actual card with me. i had to ask my friend and they had to call them themself and explain they paid with cash so then i had to drive back to get a refund. another cashier came in the transaction when i was already being helped and she asked the cashier helping me if she could look through MY phone. so she picked up my phone and scrolled through my phone for a long time. she already showed the cashier helping me out where to scan and after that i hand my hand out to take my phone back..she just kept scrolling on my phone and after having my hand in the air for a little, she looked at me, said sorry, and kept scrolling. very weird transaction and waste of time. my phone isn’t foot lockers property to keep onto. i get scanning it and leaving it on the counter, but putting it in your hands and scrolling when i essentially asked for it back and not giving it back? miscommunication with sales? save yourself a hassle and go elsewhere.

I stopped by this past Saturday to pick up my pair of white cement 4s I had reserved on the app, I picked up my pair and didn’t checked it throughly since I didn’t want to take up so much time since there was a line behind me, once I got to my car I noticed one of the shoes had a factory defect so I decided to go back inside the store I spoke with the manager about the issue and with no hesitation he helped me out and gave me a better, that manager deserves a raise he was really helpful even though the store was busy he still made time to make it right for me, I will define to be shopping here again thanks to the manager of the store customer service

I went to the Modesto location, order some shoes. I was told I would receive them in three business days did not receive till a week later. The person that helped me order me the wrong size call the store spoke to the manager, was very rude to me, raised his voice at me and said he wasn’t going to help me. Poor customer service will not shop from there ever again Manager has poor customer service skills.

The employee African American man with a gotee was the rudest person ever, without even speaking to me just gave me a dirty look when I was trying to get shoes for my son.

I went in the other day and I had a terrible experience. One of the workers Alex was so rude to me. She kept giving me weird looks when I would ask for a shoe size .It was just a weird vibe from her, footlocker needs to hire better workers with better work ethnic.

I went everywhere to find certain kinds of shoes for my grandchildren, but nobody carried it, then I stopped in foot locker, and Daniel, a young man, searched for it, and he founded it. Super great service. Thank you Daniel.
