I went in the other day and I had a terrible experience. One of the workers Alex was so rude to me. She kept giving me weird looks when I would ask for a shoe size .It was just a weird vibe from her, footlocker needs to hire better workers with better work ethnic.

I went everywhere to find certain kinds of shoes for my grandchildren, but nobody carried it, then I stopped in foot locker, and Daniel, a young man, searched for it, and he founded it. Super great service. Thank you Daniel.

Hey we got 10000 pairs of this trashy shoe. Yes we know you want that rare shoe but we order 5 of them and employees copped 4 of those. That last one 8s raffled at 4am in the morning.

I went in nit expecting to find much since I haven't had much h luck in shoe stores lately, but to my surprise I found mire than a few pairs! I tried on 7 pairs or so and the guy helping me never got tired and was really nice, and very patient, I appreciate that. I like this store, I'll be back!

Terrible customer service. I’ve been in here a few times and every time I come in, they take their sweet time to help and barely speak. One of them had an attitude when I questioned the price they had listed online for their location vs what they actually had. If you don’t like your job, quit.
