Worse company in CA to deal with. They scam you out of $$, won’t take calls. Hours are WRONG on website. Refuse to VERIFY policy is valid over the phone… What The F*** type of crap is that? Looks like I’m getting an attorney and going to sue…

This company is so crooked it is no wonder they have zero ratings. Expect to go to court for your rights. A reporting officer investigating the scene who is willing to discuss his report because they are misinterpreting it and this company WONT MAKE A CALL, Stay away FAR away, DONT even make a call to them if you are thinking about insurance go somewhere else and put this company OUT OF BUSINESS

I didnt want to continue having insurance with them and told them i would not be paying the following month because i wanna cancel. The following month came and they charged my card with a late fee! I called to say i never authorized that payment and they said they didnt need my authorization and the only way to get the money back is going in to an office location and i would be reimbursed by check. I did that and once the check came home they did not refund me the full amount they had charged. I hope this company goes out of business for its shady practices.
