Idesign kiosk for custom printing in the mall is terrible! The employee messed up on the letter for both of my designs, and all he said was sorry I can't do anything about it. Horrible!!!

I have complained about this place before and I did go back on Sunday with my 81 year-old mother to look for a dress for a wedding at Macy's. They had a DJ playing awful music so loud that my poor mom could not even enjoy shopping there. And we went home and heard about the burglary at the jewelry store right after we left. This place is not safe and there's nothing there anymore but a bunch of hoodlums. They should have caught the robbers and why did they let that happen? And every time you walk through the mall you're attacked by the people that want to give you massages. So ridiculous. I never enjoy myself there and Sunday was the last time I will ever go. I would rather go to Walnut Creek or somewhere nicer from now on

Personally the mall would be a place to go if you didn't have people trying to get you to buy their products. No I don't want fancy shampoo or a massage so get out of my face. Stay upstairs if you don't want to be practically harassed until you buy something and if you say you're not interested they'll pretty much annoy you till the end.

Disgusting! Forever 21 had a mile long ant trail coming from an overflowing garbage. We got to the mall as soon as it opened so that was definitely from the night before. We went to use the bathrooms by the food court and the house keeper was watching me hit the soap pump as nothing came out. I had to go to the restroom next door. She never bothered to refill it. Grimy stinky mall! Take the extra time and drive somewhere else!!!!! The staff are rude and have zero customer service skills.

I once visited this mall in the 90's. Staying at my ex friends cousins house. I thought at the time. This mall was rad and huge at the time. Fast forward to now it's dated and a lot more smaller. This place could use a good remodeling job. The food court is a freaking joke. It's way to small only a few choices and that's it. They put newer shops outside the mall trying to look chic. Honestly it's clashing. Why add outdoor and indoor shopping at the same time. I just don't get it. I think it was cost effective to do that. Instead of adding a whole new wing of the mall with full blown construction. Anyhow. It doesn't even make sense. The Macy's needs a remodeling job also. It's stuck in the early 80's. Hello it's 2019!!!! Forever 21 is a cool store I dig it. This mall reminds me of the one in Palm Desert. But the Palm Desert one has a better food court. A little bit better Macy's. And no outdoor shopping due to the heat. Anyways this is an average mall for three stars. It has so much potential to bloom even more.

Okay, at this point, I have seen tons of reviews that say how annoying the vendors and massage people are. It's true! It's horrible, I like the stores this mall offers but I don't even want to come here anymore because of the vendors. The massage people literally grab your arm, so weird! The people upstairs by Hot Topic and Claire's are bad too, they just kept shouting, "Excuse me!" As I tried to ignore them and you literally see them following you. I like the stores this mall has but the vendors keep me from coming back.

I enjoy coming to the mall and do so quite often. The thing I don't enjoy is trying to avoid the annoying kiosk people. They get in your way and shout at you. I'm just trying to walk by and they basically block you in. You take their stupid sample just so you can get away, but then they start telling you about what products you need to buy. The vendors between Cotton On and Bath and Bodyworks are the worst!! I would like to be able to walk around without be harassed. Bathrooms are always either out if toilet paper or paper towels, and so dirty!! Food court needs better options. Also, why so few benches? There is hardly any place to sit? I often see people wandering around looking for an available seat. Last time I came here kids are riding around the mall on motorized toys. These kids are getting in people's way and I don't want to get crashed into. They weren't riding in a designated area either, they were all over.

After coming back to this mall after two years of living in another state, I can no longer give this mall the five star review I had previously given. First off, I had never seen a more dirty and disgusting mall in my life. Second, many stores have been shutting down with no plan to replace them. Finally, the "shady" people walking around this mall made me feel incredibly unsafe, especially with very little security on this property. I don't even know how some of the stores in this mall survive. I hope things change with this mall, but it is unlikely to happen. Very sad!

So tired of going to the mall and going through the gauntlet of kiosks that harass you to buy their wares. I just want to shop the stores without being pestered by these peddlers that want to sell you their cheap lotions or cell phones. I agree with the other review that compared this mall to shopping in Tijuana. Vintage Faire mall I think you can do better. Find another way to increase revenue without these rude and annoying vendors. They just cheapen your establishment. Feel free to reply to this post.

Be prepared if you have T Mobile that you will lose service in the mall. They have mall wifi but it takes awhile to connect. This is a standard two story mall with all the regular mall type stores. Nothing that is a specialty item. If you need shirt, pants, different styles it works. I wish the food court had more offerings. Overall all it's a 3 out of 5. I'm not mad at it and around here it's about the best choices. I prefer outlet malls best.

I'll come back to this mall when they get rid of the kiosks in the middle where you get harassed by salespeople who won't take "no" for an answer. It is beyond ridiculous and very uncomfortable. Some of them even try grabbing your hand/arm to pull you in and then start running their pitch. There's nothing in this mall that I normally buy that I can't find on Amazon or on the store's website, and they definitely don't have salespeople trying to scam you while you shop!

I used to love to go shopping at Vintage Faire Mall and now it is so run down and so filthy. The bathrooms in the food court are so dirty as is the food court. No wonder big box retail is going out of business

I remember going to Tijuana back in the day, walking down the street and having people outside the bar/club chase you down to try to get you in. Thats how I felt at this mall last week. The vendors in the middle and the stores with employees outside the store, were out of control and border line harassment. Vintage needs to have better policies in place, so customers dont feel like they are at a flea market.

Reason #563 that I do most of my shopping online: my bathroom is clean, and I don't have to worry about hepatitis or some other disease coming home with me. I'm looking at you Vintage Faire. I have two doctor appointments. So we decided to go to the mall to kill time. My 3 year old, NEEDED to use the toilet. And I'm 36 weeks pregnant so I can use the toilet basically at anytime. Went to the bathroom at the food court. Unusable. Disgusting. The smell, the feces, the bodily fluids wiped all over the walls- I will not go into any further detail, but I will say I have used cleaner port-a potties in San Francisco on the side of the street. Not one toilet was usable. So I went downstairs- and those were WORSE. Some of those stalls actually looked like a crime scene. So I find an "all gender" bathroom which is its actual own room- not a stall. The toilet was usable. However, the pipes were leaking everywhere. Puddle on the floor under the sink. There wasn't even a soap dispenser in there. The bathroom itself was a mess- but I had a three year old who had to go. So we did what we had to do, and I always carry around sanitizer and wipes so we made do. Also- my husband couldn't even use the bathrooms. The top floor was closed, and the bottom floor was also disgusting. And going to the bathroom as a man is obviously easier than if you're a woman- so I can't imagine how bad it was in there if HE wouldn't even go to the bathroom. Note to self: only use the bathroom in Macy's. Note to the mall: if you want people to stop shopping on Amazon, make sure your bathrooms are at least at the standard of a port-a potty. That is all.
