Love finding good things but can’t handle the attitude from the workers. I asked if I can use Apple Pay and she was telling me it only works for Mastercard. I said “oh that’s weird I’ve used my visa on Apple Pay here before” and she kept arguing with me saying no not here and I was like yea it was here and this women kept going back and forth with me.. I wasn’t even trying to be rude I was just saying how it’s worked for me because I’m a frequent goodwill shopper and it HAS worked many times for me and she was just looking to argue. I don’t understand what her problem is but every time I go she’s rude for no reason. She’s a little bigger and has a small bun on her head and a little tan. It was just ridiculous I was just saying how it worked before and immediately “no it hasn’t” how are you gonna tell me.. I get you work there but I barely ever have my wallet on me and always go there and I ONLY use visa. It was ridiculous considering I work a cash register and sometimes it works at my job and sometimes it doesn’t. Lady seemed miserable and just wanted to argue with a young girl who was happy. You can always tell when an older women is gonna be a hater cause you can see the misery on their face and jealousy. It’s not a good look it’s honestly quite ugly. Hire better people

went down hill bad. ridiculously expensive now for fast fashion and bad quality. dressing rooms were taken down and smells like catpee too

Goodwill isn't the same as before. Very overpriced and questionable prices for some items. The section with the various items towards the left of the store comes across as just trash with prices. There is not enough variety for other items besides clothes. Their clothes sections are organized and have plenty of good clothes. The store could use some cleaning too.

One worker in particular was an ass. She wouldn't let us try anything on. When we asked how we know if it will fit us, she lied to our face and said we could always return it while the overhead annoucements said there are absolutely no returns. Worst Goodwill.

We waited 10 minutes for a cashier, and the worker that was there looked at us multiple times and didn’t come help us checkout. We left our items and walked out.

More than half the items weren't labeled and if they were, were outrageous I picked a few non labeled items and was told since they weren't listed they couldn't sell them and they were majority the items I wanted so overall really poor experience , no cooperation was told to come back as if the gas would be worth it, I asked if they could hold it if I could pay ahead and was declined , at cheap stores like this where the workers look like they eat the items rather than sell you'd think they'd work with you being the lowest on the totem pole but they really show how distasteful the lower class stores have gotten , if I could I'd put zero stars , I recomend dds to anyone they are always willing to work with you

The lady at the donation area was very rude. If you're getting free stuff to sell maybe put decent staff at that area.
Half decent store a little messy and crowded but the staff inside are nicer.

I refuse to shop here again. Goodwill takes advantage of free donations and marks up prices on items they sell. This location requires workers to send any decent quality item to "ecommerce" where they sell it online for high prices. What you have left is absolute junk for sale in the store. This is very unfair to folks who rely on thrift stores for their needs.

I still think the prices are high, if they could have a color day at 50% off like in the Army and other thrift stores, they could improve in customer service too., and now with the fact that the color discount day The students want them to pay, they want them to take out their wallet and take out money and one of the mother or father cannot give them the money there, they have to pay for things themselves, how clever if they are students who depend on you hahahahaha they want them to pay and yes They are children, so what rules? What are real rules? Are those according to the cashiers, they can't do anything hey, what rules are those??? they go from bad to worse, those cashiers are on vacation, the brunette who always wears a wig, the tall young brunette who was the one who told me that, very bloody and he didn't want me to pay because it had to be my son?and a Latina who says she doesn't speak Spanish but if she understands it hey she's short hey 3 are the worst thing this store has, arrogant and not at all helpful, I would love to talk to her manager leaves a lot to be desired with this type of rules and their workers who have put it on the children (students) to pay went too far.
