At first i thought Roy and Nancy did us right. But a year later- right when covid shut everything down- my L shape quartz cracked. Roy offered to reinstall a new piece but we had to pay for it. We didnt have the money and there was no selection available anyway. We would have to redo the bar and center island as well to match. Huge headache. We never got it resolved since he wanted us to purchase new slabs. FF and i have been attempting to get this resolved now that life is back to normal and slabs are available. I have had 2 independent professionals tell me the cause of crack is most likely a fabricator issue. Not a large enough radius relief at the L. Potentially not supported properly as well but that is an unknown until the counter is removed. A month ago, Roy told me he would come by to inspect and discuss again. However, he has yet to return a call, text or email. Im writing this poor review until it gets resolved and then i can rescind or update. But it appears my only choice will be to take him to court. Very disappointing because it truly was a gorgeous piece of quartz. You find out the integrity of a company when they make a mistake. Sadly, you wont find any at Granite & Quartz Gallery.

After 23 years of carpet in our family room, formal living room & formal dining room we finally removed the old carpet and replaced it with hardwood floors. Roy , Rafael & Eric did a great job incorporating the old existing hardwood with the new bigger plank hardwood floors. We are so happy with the dark wood borders to identify the space. They're very professional and take pride in their work and at a great price also. Thank you very much Roy , Rafael & Eric for our beautiful hardwood floors.

We are so happy with our brand new kitchen. Roy, Rafael & Erick did an excellent job installing our new Quartzite countertops, new stainless steel apron sink and new Italian Double Oven Gas Stove. They are a one Stop Shop. They did everything. The demo, install, plumbing & even electrical. We appreciate that fact they are a do-all shop. Roy , Rafael & Erick did it all from start to finish. They even delivered and installed our new stove oven. We had gotten many quotes from multiple retailers for install only and no demo. We are very happy with Granite & Quartz Gallery, our kitchen remodel quote was at a good price and with an excellent quality work.Our new kitchen with an awesome massive island looks Grand and Stunning. Our kitchen was completed in a timely manner. They were very professional, hard working and were a pleasure to work with.We have also hired them to install hardwood flooring in other rooms in our home. Yes, they do it all.Thank you very much Roy, Rafael & Erick for transforming our old kitchen into a beautiful show piece.We highly recommend them for your home remodel.? Franz & Amour

They are awesome! Roy and his crew were professional, knowledgeable, and they worked fast and hard! My granite counters are BEAUTIFUL and the work is FLAWLESS. I am very picky and honest have not 1 thing to say other than THANK YOU so much for making our kitchen so beautiful. They take much pride in their work and it makes all the difference! I highly recommend them for your remodel!

I really needed to send in this review my kitchen is amazing my fabricator an installer Roy was one of the best I've ever seen my kitchen went from a small little galley kitchen To a magnificent island designed kitchen. His professionalism and the beauty of the stone made all the difference I want to thank him and his team for such a wonderful job at my home

The owner is great to work with. He went above and beyond in our kitchen. We will be recommending him to our friends and family. We had a bumpy start with his receptionist but once we were in contact with him, he explained she was new to the position. So don't let that steer you away. I am over the moon with my new kitchen counters. We will be hiring him for our floors in the kitchen and bathrooms next.

Roy and his staff did an awesome job, we were very fortunate to have found Granite and Quartz Gallery. We are already had a cabinet maker doing the cabinets and we needed a granite and backsplash installer so we called Granite and Quartz Gallery. The whole process from start to finish was professional they know what there doing and Roy is very knowledgeable. They did our countertops, backsplash and flooring. Thank you Roy and your staff, we highly recommend Granite and Quartz Gallery!!

Rojelio and all his staff were amazing, they were very friendly, knowledgeable and kind, the work they did at my house was for granite counter tops and back splash, they did a wonder job, on time, reasonably priced, I will be using them again for a 2nd project, I highly recommend this establishment
