Trash customer service. What's the point of checking in when the hairstylist tells you have to wait 30 extra mins because they want to group kids together but I was already checked in. Never coming here again

I am a long time customer of Great Clips and have followed my favorite GC’s hairdresser, MICHELLE , to which ever Great Clips she goes to!!! MICHELLE is awesome! She listens to what you’d like for your haircut and it always turns out the way I want! Not only does she listen to what you want, but if you aren’t sure what you want or how much you want cut, she will help with suggestions based on what she’s done for you before or suggests something new. MICHELLE is personable, funny, and I trust her completely…and my hair is very important to me and how it looks!!! It’s my crowning glory!! Lol! But I seriously appreciate MICHELLE and the service she provides. Very professional and genuine…those qualities are important to me…as well as her experience! She also does children and men’s hair too!!
Next time you go in, if you have her cut your hair, MICHELLE won’t disappoint!!!

I have been going to Michelle for awhile now for my haircuts. I followed her from the Riverbank Great Clips to the Great Clips on McHenry in Modesto. I have never been disappointed with my haircut. In fact, I went with a shorter cut recently and I love it. She is friendly and professional. My better half now has Michelle cut his hair and he is always happy with is haircut. I'm sure you'll agree it's great when you find a stylist who does a great job with your hair.
She is awesome!

I have been having Michelle cut my hair at great clips at the McHenry Village shop. Michelle cuts my hair exactly how I want It’s a great place. The shop itself is very nice good atmosphere Freindly hairstylist I encourage ever want to give it a shot. Michelle will do a great job
