We were gifted a guitar and the distortion wasn’t working. Emilio did some troubleshooting and had it repaired in 15 minutes. He was super friendly, explained and showed us the issue, and provided a cost estimate prior to repairing. Appreciate the great service!

Busy but very nice people I know nothing but was getting something for my wife and they helped me and were very nice about it.

They had a good selection of guitars both new and used. I wasn't pressured by sales staff which I did appreciate. Pricing was reasonable. Also they did offer a military discount. At the end of the day I came home with a nice 5 string bass.
