I actually rate them zero! My first time taking in 2 pairs of jeans, they damaged the light colored pair! I never do reviews but I just had to with Halford’s cleaners! If they had been honest about what they did I wouldn’t be so upset! Dishonest people! I’ll never go back to them.. also take notes I just found out they are NOT BBB credited!

I've been using this family owned cleaners for about 15 years. Owners are very friendly and my cleaning is always prompt. They have also been successful in getting out any stains I may have.

I cannot say enough about this business!!! You are greeted in a friendly manner, you are made distinctly aware of how much your business is appreciated. What a refreshing experience in todays climate. My husband and I will be using this dry cleaner exclusively from now on!

I never leave reviews but people deserve to know what they’re walking into. I brought in my wedding dress for alterations and though I can say she did a decent job….they have the worst attitude!!! I was given constant attitude in person and over text because I was being “too picky” over my own wedding dress just wanting to make sure it looks nice for my big day! I only had her fix the sleeves, neckline/patch and added a zipper which she recommended. They charge you so much for things somewhere else would charge way less… trust me after figuring out how sketchy they are I called around people who specialize in wedding dress alterations and they quoted me way less. Wish I did my research first..my major mistake. I wish I would’ve known before I even went in. I was also treated badly because I wanted to come in and try my dress on to make sure each fix was looking good so I don’t have them waste their time. They forget it’s my special dress and that I’m paying for it. On top of it all it’s a cleaner and they wouldn’t clean my dress after I’ve seen the way they toss my dress around. Both husband and wife are just always in an attitude and they make you feel uncomfortable for wanting something a certain way. Being told “it’s just one night” “I can’t waste my time” “I have other things to do” “It should’ve been more” also saying that people “tip me also”. I have many text screenshots of it. Couldn’t even enjoy my dress process without them making me feel like a hassle for wanting my dress. Oh and she does stuff on her timing when she wants. She won’t work with your timing nor is she considerate of it. Trust me and go somewhere else! Helpful tip…Do your research and it’s your clothes and you’re paying for it you have every right to want something the way you want it or vision it.Service: Alterations

I have been a customer since 2011. They have never failed me. Bob and his staff always give me the best service. I use them for alterations as well as dry cleaning.

Went in to get alterations for 4 shirts for work, she literally quoted me 35 bucks a shirt! Ridiculous!! Over 100 for them all!! NO THANKS!!

Never drop anything off without asking how much it will cost $22 each to get tablecloths cleaned new they only cost me $15 each so its cheaper just to buy new and toss dirty ones

Great Service and super friendly. But what will keep me coming back more than anything is the Drive Up Window!!! What a convenient solution!! It was pouring rain today and my umbrella was broken. The Drive Up Window (covered I might add) appeared like an oasis in the desert!!!

Took in 3 jeans and specifically asked for a military crease and heavy heavy starch. Picked them up and all they did was iron them. Definitely do not recommend them.
