“Visited Extreme Paintball in Modesto, Ca. on Labor Day. I stopped by just to see if they were open. Also, I wanted to see if I could pick my order ( universal chin strap and some tank tape) that I did via their online store., to my surprise the store was open. The store was nice and well organized. Their inventory was mostly all modern product and did carry airsoft porduct as well. Customer service was excellent. Sam was friendly and easy going, good vibes. We talked and he got up to speed with paintball since I've out of that space for for sometime. Really nice to see a store like this exists. Definitely will be returning to my gear updated.”
“Super nice people very helpful and more parts and rc cars/crawlers/bashers then you can count helped me with getting some brass on my scx10🤘🏻 every corner and wall there’s a shell/rc/part can spend hours and a lot money in there😂”
“Slot Cars. It opened up a dream for me that only ended in fond memories, great friends, knowledge, and bonds that will never be broken! Thank you, Gene and family, for keeping such a tried and true, fantastic, and exciting hobby for all to enjoy!”
“Greg and his staff are absolutely amazing! They always take care of me every time I’m in! And Greg’s prices out beat any card shops in town! Definitely will continue doing business with them!”
“Very good selection of Gundam model kits at a fair price, which is what I came for. Whole aisle of scale models of tanks, cars, planes, etc. Will 100% come again!”
“It isn't really a knock on this store in particular, just retail in general. Most stores look run down and dated. I am very appreciative that there are brick and mortar stores, so dinosaurs like myself can shop how we are used to doing. Retail is circling the drain and probably will not last too much longer. This company does a great job of trying to stay relevant and filling a niche market for teachers and other people that enjoy crafts. Would rate higher if the store did not look the same as it did at the turn of the century.”
“My 15 and 7 year old loved going in there it was there 1st time and they were in aww they had so much more than just crafts, they had stuff to decorate your room for all ages so many different things they want gift cards for Christmas so they can go there and buy what they want.”
“Came in a long while back ago and sold 600 ounces of various bars and rounds. I didn't sell everything I had. I took some to the other shop on McHenrey to see what they offered. Needham gave me over $12,000 cash no hassle. I gave them a heads up before coming in and they were ready for the sale. The McHenry location didn't offer as much of a deal as Needham did. Comparing the two places, Needham has the better spot.”

“I went in for my first time and it was a good experience however I was told I was being charged $30 for the perfect order build and battle decks but I didn’t realize he charged my wife 40 for each one. we initially went in to buy booster bundles to finish the sets but we seen the battle decks for cheaper plus it had the promos im chasing but still he was charging me 35 for the bundle and 30 for the battle decks how did my wife end up spending 80 😂 I tired calling multiple time but no answer im sure it was a simple mistake on both our ends and hope you guys can make it right especially how the prices are constantly going up”

“I went in to see if they had any ps2s in stock, and the sweetest lady helped me out. She was wonderful and very nice and even though I told one of the other employees I would wait cuz i really didn't mind, she was kind and gracious enough to help me out and grab my items. I usually come to this store a lot cuz i often buy old games and they are always great and have fantastic service, but this time it was extra wonderful, the lady even threw in a free game for me. This is why I will keep coming back and have kept coming back to this wonderful store. It truly is a “UTOPIA””
