I took my granddaughter shopping at Hot Topic. The staff was working hard and taking every free moment to extend their help to customers. The girls were polite and professional, and I haven't seen that lately in retail. I left my Rayban's on the counter and left. I called a few hours later, and they had them in a locked box lost and found. Thank you for your cheerful customer service today.
