I was interviewed for a position here today. The interviewer printed my resume that stated I do not have a drivers license. I was informed of two positions; one that required a drivers license and one that didn’t. I was ultimately unfit for hire because of not having a drivers license. My concern is that I was denied for not having a license, even tho I was told there was an available position that didn’t require one. I felt very uncomfortable and discriminated against by this interviewer.

Modesto Dial-a-Ride held an open forum meeting at Howard Training Center. The meeting was informative but, unfortunately, under attended. I am unsure of the root cause of the lack of attendance but maybe Dial-a-Ride should choose a different location to see if that helps.
