This place was great! My wife needed a pedicure and I'll go with her every once and awhile. I'm super glad I did this time. The service was great. The price was usual and they did more stuff than the other place I've gone with her too. I was done first and they let me just chill in the message chair while they finished up painting her toes. I damn near fell asleep 😴 🤣. Totally recommend! If my wife goes again to this place I ridin for sure!🤘🏽💅🤣

Everything was going great, and I was happy until the guy who was doing my nail art got upset with me because I spoke up and told him that what he did on my nail wasn’t what I wanted. I was going to tell him how he could fix it but he didn’t let me finish because he said “Oh, isn’t what you wanted? Okay.” So he took off all my nail art and handed my hand back to me and said “Okay, you can do it.” I was very shocked, because I thought as a teenager I was being very respectful and polite. My mom had left to run next door really quickly and when she came back it’s like his whole attitude changed. He was being polite too so when he said that I was very surprised. Never going there again! My advice, don’t talk to your customers like that especially if they are being polite. His name was Billy. I heard good things about him but today what he did was messed up. Humble yourselves.

Billy the pop nails family are the most talented sweetest shops. Feel at home here and their art is undeniably outstanding. 10/10 recommend them all.

I went to Billy years ago so I wanted to support Pop. Only nail tech available to book with was Amy. Her work looked great so I booked. When I walked in she didn't even look up. Just said sit down. She was so rude, impatient and had a very negative vibe. She pretty much yelled at me when I said I wanted them a little thicker to be darker. When I left I noticed what I feared, they were completely see through. I went somewhere else to fix because I didn't want to deal with her attitude. I ended up paying double. I'm not sure if I caught her on a bad day, but it almost felt like she was annoyed to do my nails. Maybe she doesn't like new clients. Her works great but as a business owner and fellow beauty professional I'd never want anyone with that attitude working in my establishment.

I keep my nails short despite having wide nail beds and kind of chunky fingers; Amy was so amazing at shaping and didn’t even bat an eye. My nails ended up looking really cute and I love how she shaped them!!

Best nail shop excellent service. Staff is super attentive and accommodating. Amy and Billy are my go to in acrylic nails and have never disappointed me.

Hands down best salon I have never been to a salon where I always loved my nails you get what you pay for and Billy always slays my nails I love the shape he does it better than anyone and will be honest and tell you if he can do or not that’s what I love about him!!

I’ve been getting my nails done by Pop but it seems like they don’t have the right people to do the job anymore, also it’s seems like they are using cheap nail polish that doesn’t even cover right, so disappointing I really liked this place but I been experiencing bad service for a few times that i finally give up.
