  1 star - after returning to pick up my vehicle, none of the employees were able to locate my keys for about 30 minutes.. I went to my car and noticed the car was unlocked with the keys sitting in the center console. They apologized but the whole ordeal seemed mis handled and the staff seemed quiet careless.

  I am reporting this company to the state of Ca BBB. This company will extort you for many hidden fees and will not let you dispute your balance. If you have a choice go else where.
