Thank you Karen Mason for all of your help today. I left there with answers to ALL of my questions and she made me feel comfortable asking them. Great customer service and extremely welcoming! What a joke. I just sent my review to Jackson Hewitt and have to type it out again for Google. I was quoted $225 with a w-2 & small business. Made appt for 3-28-25 the tax preparer never showed up. I called the local one at Walmart and she said come on over she is finishing up one and will be just a few minutes. An hour later I left. Went in 4-1-25 & the preparer said she couldn't do it for $225 it would be over $400. But they would give me a discount. Maria was good and was finished within one hour. She said my total was $800. She called her manager and got it down 30% to $570. I had to get them done so I paid it. But would I recommend this company... NO. NO No. My usual preparer couldn't do it because of family issues, so I scrambled to find someone new. 😒

never in my whole adult life have I ever received my taxes faster than when I filed with Jackson hewit YESTERDAY , Yesterday y'all . I didn't get al of it but I did get half and now have to look forward to second half of return ....Jackson slaps on H&R block .

Maria Sanchez is an amazing tax preparer! She's been doing our taxes for several years and always does a great job. She is very thorough and explains things very well. She also provides sound tax advice. We trust her to do our taxes every year. We attempted to go to another tax preparer at this office since Maria was not in on the day we originally went. Mohammed, unfortunately, was very inexperienced, and we were not comfortable with him completely our taxes and ultimately scheduled time with Maria. He asked no questions about our finances while completing the forms. I highly recommend having your taxes done with Maria. She's awesome! We've never had any issues.
