We were dissatisfied with our previous Tax Preparer so we thought we'd give Jackson Hewitt a shot. I was greeted by a friendly Tax Pro named Summer in one of the Modesto,CA offices. I handed her our documents and she went straight to work.As it was our first visit there were some questions she had for us in order to better complete our return,Married/Filing Jointly.We were only missing one document which I went home and returned with. Shortly after that it was done.For the time and effort that was applied to doing our return, I was satisfied with the cost.We are quite happy with the job done by Jackson Hewitt, and we'll be back next year.I was not paid anything for my review.

I like the treatment we received we where treated respect she took the time to show us the out coming explained every little detail step by step what to expect she don't hesitate to help us she didn't even turn us down she worked with us knowing we didn't have much we had to go on but she made it work easy no hassle what so ever we were their for less then 5 min she was quick and every professional

Christina vazquez was a great help thank you so much for helping me with my taxes . the only part that sucked was even though im getting 10 grand back the loan in the widow was bogus im getting 10 racks back and i could get nothing to hold my bills over . oh well next year im going to H&R block . 2 years in a row i never get a advance . anyways . other then that CHRISTINA WAS GREAT . 5 star service for sure she was nice and allowed my crazy kids to run all over

I appreciate the quick appt. time frame when I called I got the appt. the same day, I also like the fact that I’ve never had to wait for others to be done doing their taxes before getting seen for my appt. I get there and their ready to tend to me, another plus for me after working a 10 hr. Shift is the fact that I’m there maybe 30 mins tops and then there done so I get to go home and rest that means alot after a hards day of work. One last positive is also having the option for the Rapid Refund it’s nice to know that it’s there for you especially at times like these. Their Super professional and any questions or concerns I had she clearly answered or took care of for me. Been with them for 2 years now and I will be coming back. Thank You JH and my Tax agent Christina Vasquez.
