I go to Hailee she is amazing she takes her time she makes sure hair is perfect style cut and color. She deserves a 10000 of of 10! I went to her recently for color and she nailed it she got the color right without bleach (what I wanted) and cut she’s was so honest with me and I love that! I’m so happy with my hair and end results!

When you make an appointment and you are on time but they're not is a big waste time. I waited for over 45 min and she came and said she was running like 10 min late lol

My daughter is 14 and never had bangs. She is starting high school and wanted "curtain" bangs. We booked with Artie because she did a great job last year when my daughter finally cut her hair, but she was out today so we got Carol. Carol did my daughter's bangs perfect, with the cutest light layers throughout the long back. She understood how nervous my daughter was and made her feel as well as she made my daughter feel confident. She gave her a great style and it was a fun experience!

Got the worst cut yesterday, I have sh.ort layers On one side and long layers on the other side, uneven cuts with different layers, cut very short at the bottom and then long layers over it, unable to do anything with except going to another beauty salon and hope they can fix the problem, paid $38 and walked out with wet hair and in tears.

Went to Carissa for a haircut and balayage…told her she cut my hair too short and she replied “oh good thing I stopped I was going to keep going”….I told her where I wanted my hair to land, but she layered it too much and it looks too short in the front. I was at a family event today when my aunt asked me what happened to my hair and that my layers are not blended…I had another person suggest I go somewhere else to get it fixed. Will not be going back to this hairdresser.

Terrible. Depends on who cuts your hair. My little sister came here to cut her hair and we didn’t realize until she got home that her hair was cut very unevenly. We were so upset!! It was so noticeable.

Carol is amazing. After having several bad experiences with hairdressers who fried my hair, I was nervous. Since 3 different women recommended Carol, I decided to give her a try. I am so pleased. Her prices surprised me, too. I paid 250.00 to have one lady turn my hair orange. Carol is more affordable and knows her stuff.
