My engagement ring got vacuumed up a week before my wedding and I was so upset thinking it wouldn't be fixed in time and they assured me they could clean it up and fix the bent shape in it in time for my wedding. They did it at a reasonable price too! Way better than any of the other Jewelers I've been to. They made my ring look shinier than when my fiance first bought it for me! Will most definitely be reccomending this place to my family and friends. Thank you guys so much for your amazing customer service. Lina was an amazing consultant and offered great advice. Prices are solid, and they've got additional discounts on the price listed. I only got my wedding band but I'll be back for my watch. I'll be surprised if you don't find something you like here!”
“I entered the location for a repair on an item. I did not buy from there and they are able to help me out as well as allow me to add another item to my account that I have previously established... The staff was attentive, communicative, and efficient I dealt directly with Annabelle she provided excellent customer service with a smile on her face and eagerness to help... Over all the location looks great and provides a wonderful environment. Annabelle deserves a raise. Needham gave me over $12,000 cash no hassle. I gave them a heads up before coming in and they were ready for the sale. The McHenry location didn't offer as much of a deal as Needham did. Comparing the two places, Needham has the better spot.”

“Allison was the sweetest!! My sister and I had gone in for her to purchase a ring and then engrave it. Allison was happy to help us and let us know that they didnt have the ring size she needed but then that the Macys Pandora upstairs might and that she could still engrave it once purchased. She showed us the rings that they did have and my sister ended up loving a pinky ring + the engraving which turned out so cute! I ended purchasing a frog charm to add to my bracelet. Overall we had a fantastic experience & look forward to coming back! Thank you! :)”
