“We visited a few different showrooms and couldn't find any quartz colors that we liked. Our contractor told us about Pacific Shore Stones. We met our contractor's designer at the showroom. The showroom was a decent size and they had a large quantity of different stone types to choose from. If you visit with kids, they have a kids section with some toys to entertain themselves. Unfortunately, we didn't find any in stock slabs at this location that we liked. However, they had a sample of quartz we were really interested in. It can be difficult to spend this kind of money for slabs based on an approximate 10" sample. However, after discussing the colors of the counter and our kitchen, we decided to order the three slabs that were needed for our kitchen.Our contractor made the process easy and communicated with the PSS representative. Our contractor also facilitated purchasing of the slabs. I can't speak to the customer service at PSS as we did not have any direct communication with them during the process.Our quartz slabs were recently installed and we are in complete love with the look and quality of them.”
