The new checkout system is horrible. Three cashiers to handle a large line and they also have to handle returns. Kohl’s was one of my favorite stores. No longer!

Went into Kohls in Riverbank today with my mom to shop a little. Dana was absolutely amazing. She did all the things for us. She stopped what she was doing to help locate pants for us the store didn't have and then offered to order them from another store for us. She also helped my mom open up a credit card even though my mom just did the exchange. Amazing customer service!! Thank you so much Dana for making my mom's experience so easy. Also, thanks for the tip on the restaurant ?
