shopped there last week and was assisting by Meaghan who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was impressed by how wonderful her customer service was and today I received a hand written thank you note in the mail
wishing me well with my upcoming situation. It is rare to see such a gem of an employee anymore. . will definitely make me return. thank you Meaghan and Lane Bryant for hiring her .?Colleen

This location is ok not what I expected for a major city! They had a good supply of bras but I feel that the clothes are either too skimpy for larger figures or frumpy! I have a hard time finding things I love for the prices!

I love this store, I have been shopping here for years, its a friendly place, the clerks alway happy to get my size. I have also shopped on line thru this store. I highly recommend this store.

I'm just not the biggest fan of this store anymore.. sometimes I feel like the sales associates are just plan rude and unprofessional.. they look at you like they either don't want to bother with you at all or their very pushy..

I went to Lane Bryant to buy a new bra today and received a 5 star treatment. We were personally greeted as we came in to the store and received fabulous assistance from Alonda. She was knowledgeable, helpful, personable, fun and discreet! The store was clean and well stocked. I highly recommend this store. It was a very pleasant shopping experience.

The women that work here always go above and beyond. This location has the best customer service and I appreciate how hard everyone works to please the customers.They do accept cash. Someone else said they don’t take cash, that is because the store was burglarized and all the registers were busted up. So show a little bit of sympathy for the people who have to work there and deal with rude attitudes and bad reviews for 0 reasons.This is one of my favorite stores, keep up the good work ladies!

Bought a bra online, the same LIVI brand I have 6 other bras in. This one was no support and didn't fit. I drove from Manteca to Modesto return it with tags on and all. So not only have I paid for shipping, I'm now paying for gas there and back. I ordered using PayPal as it's a payment option and an easier process since my information is filled in for me. The Associate that helped me was fine, but the manager was rude. She told me if I plan to return my purchases to use a credit card and that she'd process the return "this time". I'm sorry, but who buys an item with the intention to pay for shipping to turn around and return it. If PayPal returns don't work properly, then Lane Bryant shouldn't offer it as an option. This was the store manager telling me this. I'm out shipping fees and gas, the last thing I need is a rude attitude and stupid response when the one thing I purchased won't work for me. I will not be shopping at this store and will be closing my credit card. Lane Bryant you lost a pretty good customer.

I went in for a couple of stylist appointments. Very organized in the set up in the dressing room. I loved the fact that they didn't mind I was a guy who loves women's clothing and lingerie. The staff was very helpful friendly and accommodating to me. To be honest, I was a big Catherines shopper for years, but with them only online, I have to say I'm happy with what I bought and it all fits and looks great
