3 stars for misleading information. Drying is no longer free when you wash. Facility was clean and (other than 2 doorknobs in the bathroom) well kept. The second doorknob doesn’t work and that caused me to panic when I couldn’t get out due to being claustrophobic.

Worst dryers ever manager is NEVER here for customer service even with new management why open late if no one is going to be here to help with the machines why should i have to put quater after quarter and still have wet clothes this place is money hungry waste of time

I've been going to bithocations for the past 5 years or so. I mainly go to the location on Coffee Rd. And let me say this. First, they no longer have free drying. This sucks. But what they do have is a new worker named Rachel who works the 2 nd shift and she bad really got the place back into shape and keeps it clean. She works hard. I have never seen the place look this good. I personally have not seen any roaches so I can confirm or deny this allegation. Im really bummed out about the free drying but It's still a good price.

I got off work late and came into town needing to do laundry. The laundry express was the only laundromat with hours open till one. The business was super clean, quiet, and a G-d sent for Someone with no clean clothes!!
Before deciding to pull into the place, I did read a few of the reviews when getting directions. Most for five stars… But some sounded off? So After I checked it out, of course there’s my own opinion. And I’m including pictures because those don’t lie. I even chatted with the owner?/Staff. She they there was also a helper we’re super friendly professional and they help you in anyway you need help. They have soap available for purchase, money machines to make change, quarter games to enjoy, large fans to keep the building cool…etc.

Wow these guys are the best! Clean, cool and have snacks and coin machines. I filled up my extra big load in dryer and its dry one shot.

disgusting customer service, discrimination at its finest. ran me away just because my clothes were dirty.. also assumed i had no money to pay for drying after washing. awful people..

Awesome place! It's very convenient for me because I live so close & they open early and close late! I love Rachel she works the 2nd shift and she is very keeps everything clean.

The Indian lady running this place is extremely rude and likes to rush people out the laundry mat when she sees you’re just causally sitting. Makes things extremely wierd when all you’re trying to do is finish your laundry SMH

Friendly staff. Home of the free dryer. new owners Indian. very nice. some of the dryers are mo longer free but they were working fine. new lady that is working there. she kept place clean and swept. the bugs come from the restaurant next door. where there's food bugs will be. still open late for those working the late night shifts

Ok place.... But make no sense the dryers some of them are free some of of them are 2 dollars a charge when the place is bussyYou do not choice you have to pay for.. Monkey business..
