Above and Beyond Service from Itzely at Lowe’s
I had a return issue and couldn’t get the barcode to scan, but Itzely handled it like a pro even while helping two other customers at the same time. It was clear the store was short-staffed, phones ringing off the hook, yet she stayed calm, focused, and genuinely kind through it all. She wrapped up our transaction with a warm “thank you for coming, have a great day” and it felt sincere.
If she’s not already the store manager, she absolutely should be. Her professionalism, patience, and ownership under pressure are unmatched. As a contractor who shops at Lowe’s every other day, I’ve had my share of experiences—and this one deserves to be recognized. Shoutout to Itzely for being a true rockstar! 🪨🌟🤘🎸

Over 6 minutes waiting for rental section to pick up, I’m sorry, I hung up because they didn’t pick up by 7 minutes.

We were in the area so stopped at this Lowe’s for some small merchandise. Lots of associates on the floor. Each one greeted us and asked if we needed help! When we asked for direction to certain items, the associate not only looked it up to see what aisle it was on , they told us exactly where the item was located on that aisle! Turlock Lowe’s could take some lessons from Modesto Lowe’s!!

Horrible customer service, and employees that are not professional.. I called to make sure I could get a piece of glass cut before I drove 15 minutes to the store, was informed on the phone that they can cut the glass for me, once I arrived to the store, an employee informed me that they can’t cut it because the machine is broken, I politely told him that would of been nice to know when I called and asked, he laughed and told me there was nothing he could do but call Turlock Lowe’s to see if they can cut it for me which is now will be 30 minutes in the opposite direction.. customer service looked at me like I was stupid when I informed them of the situation.. horrible experience to say the least

I went to information, asked which aile the rope is in, they sent me to plumbing. I returned and asked again, they wanted to send me to the auto parts aile. They don't know where anything is.
It's also super annoying that they have so much stuff cluttering their ailes. Stop blocking the nice wide walk ways.

I had a wonderful experience the other day here!! I needed a certain cord switch and could not find it and the first helper didnt know what i was talikng about so he found another helper and sure enough he took us both right to what i needed.
