Staff and overall are 5 stars. The place is being refurbished and is well taken care of. Tenants are friendly and take care of their own. Never had a problem in the 2 years I've been there.

The elderly are pretty much not allowed to do anything there. If you smoke cigarettes you have to go to the curb out front. Wth

After years of experience with this place, I have the following opinions to share. These two large apt buildings are infested with bugs. First there were roaches, then the fleas arrived and now bedbugs are in several apts and in the office. The other thing I can say is the apts are poorly managed. The manager is rude and doesn't know how to properly address people. The manager and maintenance staff aren't wearing masks while they are in the buildings, they interact constantly with the seniors and visitors with no personal protective face covering. The recreation coordinator is the only bright spot at this facility. * I have adjust my review to one star. This facility has no regard for it's elderly residents. After months of complaining about the heater/AC unit not working, the management has failed to fix the problem. In my personal opinion, this is not somewhere that you would have loved ones living at.

Rude staff member- Desiree in the office is EXTREMELY rude and does not like to deal with the senior citizen issues, Bed bug infestation, this place should be reported and is not a place you should send your loved one!! They do not care for the elderly or about their needs. They have no empathy or patience.

I THOUGHT THIS WAS A SENIOR COMPLEX..WHY ARE PEOPLE ALLOWED TO LIVE HERE IF THEY ARENT SENIORS!!!!It needs night time security guards! These are senior apartments and they are targeted by night crawling tweekers. It needs a gate and security cameras. AND WHY IS THE WATER ALWAYS BEING SHUT OFF??? SENIORS DO NOT DESERVE TO BE SUBJECT TO ALL THIS

This place is so terrible to live. Elevators break for days and the people who reside here are left to take the stairs up to 5 flights. There is bugs (roaches & bedbugs) there are Clicks of people. The management sucks. The staff doesn’t keep the lobbies and halls clean stains all in the carpet vomit and feces in the hallways, urine and spit in the elevators. It’s disgusting and the people are very unfriendly
