Great place and outstanding customer service. They are here to help! Especially justin . I couldn't remember my 8 digit code and he helped me with everything . Eventually I couldn't get in and this was my 4th metro stop so he helped me just start a new line. I ended up getting my 8 digit code while trying to remember a new one. He still helped me even though it was a bit of a hassle. Everytime I pass by coffee Rd I'll remember justin from metro pcs the man who provided value to customer service . Will always come here for accessories and phone service

Today 25th of May I made a payment. Alexis was not there so this guy not gentleman served me. Had the rudest tone not friendly at all. Alexis normally after I pay the bill activates my account to brand new status. Meaning fast service on my phone after a payment not extremely laggy and slow. This guy I called him back today says it won't activate until tomorrow how is that even possible if my bill is due today. He did not even apologize and correct his mistake. I will after this month be changing my service to cricket which actually appreciates their customers. Thanks for nothing. He even had the audacity after I said than why did I pay my bill today if you won't activate it to 15 gb unlimited service tomorrow he says well your bills due today than bloody activate it than. It's a shame too I've been a valued customer for 6 years.

The female sales rep Alexis is a rip off I literally went in for the most buget phone $49 and end up paying a total of $162 said it comes with promotion is just to up sale the product this sales clerk should be suede or fired from behind ng greeting and not taking care of the cats customers needs

I don't know what goes on here, but honestly I wouldn't purchase through metro again and I advise everyone I know not to. They sweet talk you into getting a phone with a plan called smart pay in which you pay 10x more for the phone than if you would just pay out of pocket. They glamorize it and make it seem like this awesome deal (which is to be expected, not respectable but expected) but in reality, I was given false information and have had to deal with some rude smart pay employees to fix the mistake the girl at this store made. And the worst part is it's coming out of my pocket. It seemed as though the girl was new and needed help from a fellow employee when I was there in March, so I could understand why she wouldn't have all the info. But for the other girl, who seemed like she had been working there a while, not to say anything when the girl that helped me obviously gave me false information to make a sale is completely wrong. If my fiancé and I both heard the same thing and have now found it to be wrong, it's clear that the mistake is on their communication and not on my listening. I would have never signed up for this headache had I known the details involved and I was given no transparency when I went in to get my phone. Honestly Verizon is cheaper and better service. Word of mouth is the best form of advertising and I will definitely be making sure no one I know goes to metro for their wireless needs. Just a word of advice if you're looking into getting a phone here through them and their smart pay: I got my phone in March and have had $150 payments on it since, (on top of my $58 per month service payment) bringing me up to $900 that I have paid just for the $799 phone. They told me I still have 5 months left to pay on the phone that I have more than paid off. Don't do it. Go to Verizon. I wish I did.

Seems like 2 weeks after you take your phone there and lets them look at it it goes bad and you have to replace it.
