Would rather give zero stars. Took a Uber with my sister to surprise her with a new phone. So we walk in and basically told to get out by a younger female worker who's rude as hell. Trust me save your money and go somewhere else to get a phone at least somewhere where the company wants your business. Suggest amazon.

Maria sold me a screen protector that was not meant for my A11 and instead she sold me a screen protector for an A20. I let her know and she said she would call me back when they had screen protectors for A11 phones in stock. Its been a week now so I just went back and asked for a refund and she did give me my refund although she did it very rudely with other customers in the store.All in all that was a very dishonest transaction on Marias part because she knew she sold me the wrong screen protector.

Do not I repeat do not come to this store the workers and even MANAGERS are super rude and do not understand the concept of CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went in Friday morning to see why my daughters iPhone 6 wouldn't turn on it was recently a warranty exchange from same store within 30 days and it just stopped working charging powering on. I go in and a gentlemen named Alexis helps me while the manager Ricardo is checking out my daughters phone sees it doesn't work hands back to me and alexis then orders me a replacement phone says I have to wait 3-5 days again for the replacement and pay 15.00 fee AGAIN even tho this was a replacement from just two weeks ago?! So I leave and call my sister who's a manager at a corporate store in the Bay Area. I let her know what happened enquiring why I should be charged 15 again. She then ask me if they offered an over the counter replacement?! tells me if they cared and had any over the counter replacements they could have did that for me and not make me go through the process again AND WAIVE THE FEE SINCE IT was only a couple weeks since I already replaced phone. I then call store back and Siara answers she has helped me before and is such a sweet heart. She knows my daughter is only 10 and diabetic and needs to not be without a phone because I've told her this last time I was in the store. I explained to her what my sister told me and Siara told me to come right back she will replace phone for me because they DID HAVE OVER THE COUNTER REPLACEMENTS!!!!! Can you believe that!? Like what did those two Alexis and Ricardo get out of NOT HELPING ME WHEN THEY COULD?! What type of customer service is that!? YOU GUYS NEED TO FIRE THEM AND MAKE SIARA A MANAGER SHE IS ALWAYS A BIG HELP AND GOES OUT HER WAY TO HELP PEOPLE AND DO THE RIGHT THING! Never deal with anyone but Siara or you will regret it trust me!!!!

They've helped Everytime I called. Never have had a issue with them. The only think I don't like is the automatic voice service. I prefer talking to someone.

I truly hate to give a one star review and I wish I'd caught the kids name who earned this review for plaza parkway, this is based solely off of him but I didn't. He was dirty blond, 5'5"-6", greeting customers at 6:30 p.m. Monday 3/25. went in to ask about porting a number over, advised us we need the account number & pin- which was fine, thank you- but upon realizing we didn't have both of those things handy, became incredibly condescending and accusatory in his tone, as if to imply we stole a phone or were about some shady business . that, or he was annoyed we weren't buying anything at that moment since we had to go retrieve a bill to get the info, but either way, I wanted to deck him on his attitude, but I promised Jesus I'd be a better person this year lol. . We have the info now, but will not be going to this location for service. Looking up other T-Mobile stores the second I get done writing this review . Would not recommend this store or at least avoid the 5'5/6" dirty blond.

I could not have received better service from DOMARINA today! She went out of her way to ensure I was getting the best value VERIZON had to offer. She helped me through the entire transaction (which took all day because my phone was not backed up) Her excellent customer service was above and beyond what I expected.
