Ordered through my company. I had a missing item and let them know. I found the customer service to be lacking. Worked with Mike on this and wouldn't respond to my emails until I emailed repetitively. It took me 8 months to get the item I ordered after I placed it.

They are in and out of business so fast, we don't even have time to tell them what is needed. They haven't picked up our dirty floor mats in 3 weeks! Once this contract is done, goodbye Mission...NEVER AGAIN!

I have used this company and must say I've always had the best driver, best customer service! George was my driver, I'm praying I get him again!!! If I ever needed Xtra on short notice the company would make it happen. I used them for years and hoping to start back up again asap!
