I wish they make it more accessible from the road to enter. I've almost been hit entering and exiting. It's not a busy car wash so those big blue balls they have guiding traffic is more of a road hazard for people going in or out.

Good car wash as for as a quality car wash. Problem with billing. We were charged 2 times for monthly car washes. They did reimburse us, but it took 2 months.

I paid for the service was 22.00. The whole right side of my car wasnt cleaned. I have had to go thru twice on a few visits. I won' t be going to the Mister on Prescott any longer.

Great place love it it's the only place my girlfriend goes although we can't figure out if the pre wash stuff that is sprayed on the car before the wash is leaving water spots on the car but other than that great price great wash and a lil fun but not when you don't have AC

I get a better wash at the one's connected to gas stations. Prime shine was already iffy, then this company took over. Prices went up while the car wash still sucks. The basic wash didn't even get the bird poo off my window nor the dirt. You can see exactly where my wipers clean...even though the window was washed. For 15$ at the car washes attached to gas stations will get a better clean. And to think they are selling washes that are almost 30$. Smh... quantity not quality. All about the money but at the customer expense

Got the $22 Platinum and the "tire shine" was non-existent. Get the cheapest option or go somewhere else.

It's aight it tends to miss certain spots on my car. And the vacuums only have the one wide head. Other mister car washes have the thin sharp head that let's you get in the nooks and crannies. But imma keep going cause it's the closest to me.

For a person who is a member I can honestly say I'm becoming disappointed, the last couple times I've gone to get my cars washed I've had to go 2-3 times to get where I'm not seeing dirt .

I really like the convenience of this location, and it does a good job on the actual car wash portion, but the vacuums are awful. I've been going frequently since I pay for the membership, and 9 times out of 10, they have almost no suction. It doesn't matter which stall you use either, they just can't keep up the power levels to actually suck anything up. I really hope they do something to fix this.

Instead of having 3 technicians standing around how about 2 keep the obstructions clear from the vacuum lines. We would all appreciate it.

Today April 16,2023 around 12:30 pm I took my car for a car wash, and their machine stopped in the car behind me, accidentally hit me because the car wash stopped all of a sudden but the roller still kept on rolling for the lady behind me. Edward, the gentleman that was working at the time he said that he saw the whole thing and told us that it was not our fault but then later, when his coworker showed up, he denied the whole thing Edward and the other lady wanna mention her name due to liability, said that we were not allowed to ask for any type of we had to use our own insurance in case, if one of us Brate or put our car in drive, but why would we have to give her insurance when it was their fault. This misters has been the worst place where they have customer service. They do no know how to handle any situation. These people need more training on how to deal with situations like this or at least don't say that it's their fault and then later on whenever they have back up, blame it on the customer.

This place needs to slow its car wash down, so your car, actually gets washed, waxed, tire polish, there is a 6 inch section on my back window this place doesn’t even touch, which very odd & no other car wash have I had this issue. Tires do not look like have shine & car does not look like waxed. There are so much better alternative locations for these types of car washes, that do it right, not to mention, the vacuums here are sooooo bad! I will not be renewing my brand new membership! I think whoever owns this place is a crook & what they offer is false advertisement!
