Consistently has multiple vacuums that are so weak you cannot use them. They make every excuse known to man and do nothing. They continue to take my monthly $32 without an issue - but are not able to provide service. . Certain units have a central unit and 2 types of vacuum heads - Riverbank. Why dont they all? Money! Fix this.

This is a very small mystery car. Wash only 3 or 4 vacuums. And there's 2 entry points for the car wash, which makes it confusing, did not like that experience.

Does a good job of getting most of the dirt off. Getting the monthly pass makes driving up super easy. Prices are kinda high, and it would cost me a small fortune to get a monthly pass on all my vehicles. Currently only have one vehicle under contract. Never had a problem with damage, though the rotating brushes pull hard on my mirrors. I put them in during wash to try to save them.

Horrible associate working there. I got my account canceled just because I had sold my car and put the old sticker to my new car. The associate there canceled my account and asked me you have to open a new account and get charged or do a one car wash for $10. I tried to explain that she can't just cancel my account just like that but she wouldn't listen and just handed the customer service number to fix the problem. Customer service does not work on the weekends so I'm just stuck. Bad experience.

Their machine damaged my car. On site they were apologetic and said they will hand over footage of the car before and after showing they caused the damage but when my insurance reached out to them they denied responsibility and said I need a subpoena to get the proof. Do not go here! Spread the word this place will rip you off and destroy your cars

They DAMAGE your car!! There machine scratched and dented the side of my car the manager said they will happily turn over footage to my insurance but not me weird but ok and then when my I surface contacts them they say go get a subpoena. They have no intention of fixing the damage they caused I will be spreading word of their horrible service.

I know it isn't their fault, but none the less, do not go here during rush hour. There is a great possibility you may get stuck at the end of the car wash, or inside of it. The wash ends at the street, a VERY BUSY street. Turning left isn't recommended and turning right may take some time with traffic. So be fore warned. The wash itself is fine. The staff is nice and do a great job.

I have been using Mister Carwash since we moved here I mostly try to go to the one on Claribel they always do a good job and they always do the pre soak for bugs on the front of the car but this isn't the case at the 3500 McHenry location the last 2 times none was done my last trip I asked the woman if she could spray the front of the car prior to going in the carwash her response was that it was broken with a very bad attitude being a weekend day the lines are long to do a rewash so I went to the other location on McHenry which is also a good location unlike the one at Standiford and McHenry.

Once again, have to give the one stars to somebody that don't even deserve one star. The manager here is rude has no customer service skills at all. I ask him to make sure to get my front end clean because I travel for work and there's dead bugs all over the front end of my car. I told him to please take care of that he did not take care of the driver side only the driver side then gives me some lame ass excuse they can't cross over so for one it's not my problem that you don't have another worker on the passenger side only the driver side customer service then I look you up in yelp and see you have a lousy two stars, and then I look at the whole entire Modesto misters you guys all have two stars. I wonder why then I figure out why the fuck you guys are like you are here are you got two stars work on customer service and being better Having equipment that's chart so it doesn't take five minutes to scan your customers credit card what I recommend this business if you needed your butt licked yeah, I would recommend it

Why is it so difficult to cancel my membership? I called 2 times and no one answer. Customer servise is horrible. I just need someone who can cancel my auto pay.

Where's my check to cover my mirror that your car wash broke and I had to replace? It's been over 2 months !4-18-23 the car wash broke my passenger side mirror and scratched my door, talked to the manager ms. Able she went into the car wash and retrieved part of the broken mirror , she took pics and filled out a damage report and said I would hear from corporate within 48 hours with a resolution, a week went by and I stopped back and asked ms. Able what was going on she said to call the corporate number, sat on hold an hour to be connected to Erin the district manager and she was no help, called corporate again and was now connected to the regional manager Stacy who said they would be fixing the damage and to get estimates, within an hour I submitted estimates with the manager mrs able, and left a message with the regional manager Stacy , no response for a week, I ended up buying a new mirror and replacing it mys and submitted the receipt, stacy says the check is being processed and to go to the body shop , she says she has contacted the body shop and everything is setup to have the scratches fixed, it's been 10 weeks and the body shop has never been contacted and I have not received the check to cover the mirror I replaced, cancelled my monthly membership a month ago,

This carwash company is frequently randomly closed. They pack the cars too close together and I've been rammed from behind and almost in front recently, I got drenched talking to an employee about this while my window was down and another employee turned back on the machine... unprofessional
