Great job by Leonard and the crew at Engine Re-Nu. Had my Ford FE 360 rebuilt and they did an excellent job! Fast, knowledgeable service and reasonable prices. Highly recommended for those needing expertise in FE rebuilds.

.No reason for these cons to continue doing business in the area.They lied,Cheated us out of money and did a horrible job..I have A REAL specialist going through my motor currently..He is making a report and taking pictures.Between you and Mazda + someones going to pay...I was extremely nice and patient with these ppl with there family deaths,And many other excuses..It took 4 months to get my motor out of there shop,then they screwed us over BIG TIME.Watch out!! STAY FAR away from both these shops..Mazda Plus and Modesto Engine Re-Nu..They will lie and screw you over,For no reason..We did nothing wrong to these ppl..We thought we were in good hands.

These guys are a joke they told me my part would be finished the same day. Then when I get there to drop it off they told me it might take a week because there is one guy ahead of me. I was ok with that. I call a week later and they tell me it might take another week. Meanwhile Im stuck without a car. If you ask me take your business elsewhere. The guy had the nerve to give me an attitude when I was asking why it's taking so long. These people are not the ones you want to leave your parts with.

Incorrectly assembled the engine,had to take it back and also they lost some of my bolt on engine parts we sent in with it.

Very professional and courteous. They explained all my options. Always answered my calls and even finished my motor in a timely matter when they were they were swamped with other engine repairs. Thank you guys! I highly recommend this shop!

These guys are ridiculous I've been waiting for my motor for a long time and they only keep saying next week, next week. There excuses sound shady. After a few weeks waiting then they say some workers wife died n it will be more time. Reminds me of grade school when our grandma would die every week in order for us to not turn in work. Will be telling anyone who listens to not go there. Might take my motor unfinished and take the loss my fault for going to engine renu tho

These guys did a very poor job assembling my engine short block. Had to take it back twice. First time they put the pistons in incorrectly with the valve reliefs turned the wrong way in the cylinder. The second time they put the wrong sized bearings on the crankshaft causing low oil pressure. Although they fixed the problems each time, the mistakes that were made was like an apprentice put the engine together without supervision. It still has lower than usual oil pressure but I'm tired of dealing with it and am just gonna run it until it scatters.

I purchased a 1968 GMC C20 as a project/ hope when I beat my fight against my cancer. I was trying to decide between a crate motor or having my small block rebuilt. I was referred to this place by the local Buick dealership. I had a very lengthy conversation with Leonard and he went thru every step of the process in so much detail and explained everything that they would do including options and upgrades, and things that I should look out for. I am an assistant manager at a local body shop and I know that customer service is a very critical part of the repair process and making the customer knowledgeable and explaining the process. After my conversation with Leonard I have made up my mind to have them rebuild my engine. I am so excited and look forward to working with them. Leonard thank you for taking the time to talk and making me feel like I was your most important and valuable customer! That speaks volumes! Thank you so much. Probably really qualified but I'm not impressed new heads shouldnt be cheaper than changing valves and seats & resurfacing
