Well I was there she was taking so long on one person. What they need some chairs because it felt I was there forever. This lady that was working there didn't have good customer service it was our first time going there and the worker was telling us why didn't you say anything I told her I don't know your pro called. I guess we had to fill out a I formation card but we didn't know that. She was just so rude to us.The way I think if you don't like your job then go somewhere else..This is the last time we're going there

I have used this store to send those emergency gifts when they happen and the staff has always been very helpful and patient

Bad customer service. They do not acknowledge you when u walk in. Lines take forever while the other associates sit and talk to each other
