DOESN'T ADHERE TO FED EX DROP OFF DEADLINES Although the store claims to be an authorized Federal Express shipment center, it does not abide by the Federal Express drop off deadlines. I had a time critical business package that I needed to have shipped by Friday EOD. Although the drop off time for Fed Ex ground packages was 4PM, when I attempted to leave the package at 3PM, the store informed me the driver came earlier in the day and they were not going to have any pickups until the following Monday. When I informed them that the drop off deadline was 4PM and confirmed that they were an authorized Fed Ex shipment location, the store informed me that they had authorized the driver to pick up shipments early that day. I don't understand how they can authorize these type of actions and assume they were covering for the driver. Per Reply I initially contacted Fed Express, but they were unaware of the early pickup at this location. When I returned to the store to find out who the specific driver was, the clerk specifically stated the driver called the store and wanted to take off early. The clerk said they authorized the driver to not return for the ground pickups. This was not a Fed Ex decision, but the store telling the driver not to return at the scheduled time. If you're going to override Fed EX commitments, then you shouldn't be an authorized Fed Ex shipment location.

I cannot let the day go by without mentioning well deserved appreciation for excellent customer service! I came in to have a copy of my house key made, I had a difficult time getting my key out of my key chain and Kumar ( I think he's the owner?) went above and beyond to assist. Not only did he volunteer to help get my stubborn key out of my keychain but he did with so with so much appreciation for my business. I take the time to write this because he spent a good 15-20 min with me for a $5.00 sale. I worked at Nordstrom for 12 years, and great customer service is something I always look for and unfortunately, rare these days.. great job Kumar! It's the small kindness people remember. I will be referring customers to you, and I will certainly be back to spend more money there.

Had an emergency situation where some medication that needed to be kept refrigerated needed to be sent. The guy worked with us for a solid 20 minutes to make sure that it was packed as safely as possible and shipped with the fastest available method. Couldn't ask for more, absolutely stellar, caring, and personal service.

I needed last minute Notary services and called this place. They were friendly, quick and extremely thorough! He was available right away to help me (in the evening no less)! This place made me feel like it was my home. They were welcoming and accommodating! Art was the name of the notary who helped me and he was hilarious! And I was able to mail off my documents right there. This is my new one stop shop for these services and I HIGHLY recommend Art for your Notary services. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the people inside are the BEST!

I highly recommend this mailing center. Super convenient, fast, and service is great. They provide a lot of different services, specifically came here for a live scan and it was quick and easy. Overall, they are really friendly and helpful, and provides excellent services!

I've used this store in the past and never had an issue. I dropped off a package to be returned by FedEx on 12/28 at 3:58 pm. at their stores. I was told to just put it in the left side and no receipt was given to me. The package has a value of $167.18. I called the store and manager said he would look at camera. FedEx never registered package received and this store claims it was picked up. It's my loss. I'm out this money and all manager told me is that it was picked up. If his camera shows me dropping it off, he knows what my package looks like and who picked it up. MAKE SURE YOU GET A RECEIPT. Store can't do anything for me but I will not use their store in the future. If my package is found, I will edit my review.

AIM Mail Center on Oakdale Road in Modesto is amazing. We needed to ship some packages to a Naval Base in Japan and the owner went above and beyond to help us and saved us a unbelievable amount of money. Awesome customer service!
