She was rough Rushed pedicure was completed in less than 15 min. Kept asking me to upgrade my pedicure service even after being to "no" several times experience was not enjoying or relaxing which should of been after Long hard week of working
I spoke to the owner and he could care less !!!

It was my first time going here today. It was such a good atmosphere. Customer service was an 8 out of 10. They don’t really communicate with you and when the lady did talk to me I didn’t really understand when she talk to me but then I understand there is a language barrier but other than that, I would definitely come here again?
Cleanliness: Everywhere looked very sanitary, very clean and organized very elegant as well. Compared to other salons. I have gone to especially around the ceres area can be a little unsanitary.

I love coming to this salon, Nina does such a great job and is quick! The wait isn't too long if you book ahead of time even on the day of. I've had these nails for 4 weeks now and they're still good! Pics of the day I got them done vs 4 weeks in.

very hit or miss with the sets. when my sets do come out correctly it is because I had to guide them through the process. you'd expect them to at least get a French tip down (mine was extremely crooked and took more than 3 tries per finger to at least get it correct). Pedicures are good not too much to comment on those.
CONS
-outrageous prices
-must advocate for what you want and be ready for them to talk to each other in a language you can't understand.
-rushed when choosing a color and looked at as if I was crazy for asking for a different one when the one they showed me didn't look like the one in the display book.
-removals are extremely painful as they do not soak your nails but rather rip them off with a nail tip.
-cuts
PROS
-they will take you fairly quickly
-3/5 nails will be what you wanted (after you explained what things they needed to correct multiple times)
-good pedicures
try out sparkle nails next to dollar general in ceres, ask for Vincent

Went to get a set of powder acrylics and did not enjoy my experience. The man doing my nails seemed to be in a huge rush. He gave me colors to choose from and didn’t let me pick before he started filing my nails. So I was trying to flip through the 5 books he gave me with one hand at a time. While he was using the drill (in a rush) to file my nails he was looking over at the other person work next to him and CUT ME. The cut is so deep and burned through the rest of my experience. When he added the acrylic he kept flooding my cuticles with so much product. My square acrylics are chunky and filed unevenly like this: / instead of this | . I had to ask him to reapply the top coat because he missed half of the nail. He took under 30 minutes like he was being timed or something. I paid $55 dollars for something that looks like it cost $20. I noticed their licenses on the wall say “manicurist” but I’m pretty sure a manicurist is not the same as a nail technician. I will now call nail salons and ask if they have a license nail tech available. Hopefully you have a better experience if you choose to come here.

The lady i have gone for a wail now doesn't understand me very well. Haft of the time i leave unhappy because its not want i asked for. She dose a nice job but to pay 70- 110 dollars every time I go and it not be what I asked for is disappointing. I Even showed her a photo's The manager came buy and i showed him the photo and he said that's what it looks like. Far from it !!! I felt that the manager was very rude. I can't afford to be disappointed again.

I always get my manicure and pedicure done here. They always do an amazing job. My nails always look so pretty afterwards. I don't always get acrylics but when I do, I get them done here.

i've been going here for about 3 years now and they'd do my pedicures so good. i prefer my toenails medium long and recently the past 3 times i've gone they've made them super short and it's the lady tech that leaves them short because when the men would do my pedicure it would look perfect and they'd actually trim them. i leave my toenails a little long so that when they trim it's the perfect square shape but they've just been butchering them last times i've been going

The owner was Racist and rude, in the middle of service asked me in front of 25 other customers to pay now before my nails were completed. I felt disrespected. It was definitely a race thing because I'm black as if I couldn't pay. Never go to this place!

Separated me from my 10 year old daughter and proceeded to allow her to get $67 nails without telling me until they were done. Gave her gel polish when I said no gel and very long nails when I said to keep them short. Very upset with this salon and will never be returning.

First time today. Was okay but wasn't happy with service. Asked for short nails with design and revived longer nails and just plain French tip. Wanted to add design but he didn't add even when I asked and showed him photos to confirm he's was capable of achieving nails I was wanting. It's fine I guess :/ I called and asked ahead about pricing too. Was told more after nails. Typical. Feel like I could of gotten better service somewhere else and with a positive experience.
