They pierced my septum super crooked and the piercer hid when I came back into the store. He used wrong clamps, told me to look DOWN instead of UP to pierce it. Called me a wuss for tearing up after he did the piercing. Ive gotten a monroe, snakebites and a nose piercing done here which ALL had complications and most of them I had to take out. I thought it was my body reacting wrong to the piercings but nope, hes just a BAD PIERCER. The guy in the front who refunded my money threatened my mom and the other person I was with. He was VERY unapologetic and did not care how distressed I was. Do NOT go here to get piercings.

Went here to get a piercing with my best friend & because my friend brought in her own jewelry with a Jewish symbols on it the old man immediately said “NO!” With his rude reply my friend said ‘don’t tell me no like that’. and he said “ why you have attitude”. He racially profiled us. What a uncomfortable Rude experience. Do Not Recommend going here. Also gave her a false price over the phone.

they are very friendly and helpful in finding that perfect apparatus that you need or what ever it is that you need. don't just read the reviews on this place go see for your self. long as your not looking to buy a space ship or some crazy thing like a duck billed platypus. it will be worth it. best smoke shop in town.
